His terms not even up until January 20th so why would he do that?

It goes with all the rest of the illusions. It's actually quite fittingly being used to erase the illusion of how he was allowed to be able to get into the white house to begin with. What he has done since in office. What he got away with before and will again after.

Another question would be, how do you deal with the maniacs about to enter the white house? The rolls are merely going to reverse. In a vast degree the same deadly worldwide colonialism and geostrategic conflicting wars and sanctions are going to continue. Inequality will continue to grow. People will still be killed unreasonably in society, and jailed. Families will again, already are, loosing their homes, due to the virus and growing poverty it created. The list is long. It has just been erased.

We will come to find in time that the next facade of a virus stimulus packaged passed by our representatives will merely be another handout to the ruling class as those before. The only way Biden can separate his part in it is if they manage to get it done before he's sworn in. Excuses will be used to erase and justify the previous as his in the future will serve the same purpose. This isn't going to be over anytime soon.

Surviving the age of trump is much like shaking an addiction, in that you survive one day at a time. Every day of this perversion is difficult, but we need to believe we can survive to see a better day.

Waiting for things to take place

Trump hasn't refused to leave office. He's refusing to concede defeat or do anything to help his successor assume the presidency, but it's all meaningless bluster. On January 20, he will no longer be president. Until then, I hope he focuses on his frivolous lawsuits and avoids doing damage as much as possible.

I understand drinking and drug abuse is way up in USA along with our death toll and new Covid cases.

Trump is a common drama queen....just have to put him in perspective and watch it play out. I’m more concerned about the congressmen and judges that enable him...

I fantasize about all the ways he can come to a bad end, because there's no thought police.
