Aggressive prosecution of Capitol rioters could have unintended consequences for civil rights protesters
If "civil rights protestors" are smashing windows of government buildings and murdering police officers I suppose they should face some consequences too...
ANY destruction of property should be addressed on a case by case basis. Invading the Capitol seems to me to be on a bit of a higher level.
