I didn't want to post this anywhere on my personal social media so folks I know more personally, relatives or otherwise, wouldn't get the wrong idea (as is often the case) and start inquiring about my emotional state.
This song just gets me. Every melody, every rhythm, every lyric. It's the places I've been and the people I've let in; all the goodbyes spoken and unspoken. It's not just how far and hard I've fallen but also how far I've come, and it forces me to ask why I have gone no further and also whether or not it is even wise to do so.
