Started doing that about 6 months in and I shift back into ketosis very quickly. It varies my intake and doesn't keep things in the forbidden fruit category. I'm also very lucky in that my wife does keto so there's built in support. It doesn't hurt that she can't do gluten, and I can't eat nightshades, so entire food groups are eliminated automatically for us when planning meals. That's what works for me, anyways.

@Allamanda i think it'd be a wash. For every one that wasn't messed up by religion I think you'd have one that religion currently restrains. So they'd be different individuals, but the numbers would probably be the same, or relatively close. People get messed up for a number of reasons, as you pointed out.
