Travel to a foreign country and immerse themselves in the local culture.

I think everyone should live in a different part of the country or world at least for a year. Your horizons will be changed forever. Everyone needs to get out of their "comfort zone" and learn how others live.

Everyone needs to hold a tiny baby at least once. There is something so pure, so fragile, so precious and innocent about a baby. It can scare the shit out of you and also leave you in awe.

I think everyone should stay up all night to witness the sunrise.

At least once everyone needs to try something they didn't think they could do, especially if it scares them. It is amazing to find out that you can.

Traveling abroad changed everything for me. Now - to LIVE there. That would be the next logical step.

Truly love.

Hike up a mountain and just chill. You can revel in the silence other than hearing the wind. The smell of pine. If you are there at night the stars are much more bright. One of my favorite pastimes.

Help someone who really needs it. And ask them to pass it on when they can.

Give me a dollar.

Have a same-sex relationship.

@NerdyOkieDude That's up to you and your same-sex partner.

I am as progressive and accepting as it gets, but I have zero desire for same sex. None. Honestly-with no condemnation at all, please don't flame me-the thought of kissing another guy repels me. And my exit is just that, thank you. I will keep it that way.

@Mitch07102 Fair play. But hey, who knows who you might meet tomorrow? 🙂

@Jnei It's been 63 years. I often get offers from gay men. Not gonna happen.

@Mitch07102 Until you've met every man alive, you just can't know! 😀

Travel outside of the country

Absolutely! Even if you don't think you want to... once you get there it will be an experience of a lifetime.

Stand up to authority because you know you are right and acting morally, even though it could cost you dearly. If you do it once, it gets easier to do, and you make a difference.

When I was a high school teacher, I led a movement that got an incompetent principal fired -- and survived. Well over 10 years later, I had started a staff development center serving 12 rural school districts and contrary to my boss, believed that the program should change its focus and he was about to recommend that my program and my job be discontinued. I went to the 12 superintendents and asked them what they would want my program to do and let them and proposed to them a new program of services responsive to their goals. The superintendents were my controlling board. When the time came. They voted 11 to 1 to continue by center, and ,y job and to move it in the directions I proposed. We did some great things later, as a consequence.

I could give other examples. Have the courage to stand up.

See and go up into the Rockies. Saw the mountains for the first time last April and was awestruck!!

Have sex. Consensual. Preferably good sex.
In fact, I suggest everyone should have as much (safe & consensual) sex as they want!

Kiss me ? ( and punch a facist! )

Vice versa may be more beneficial to the world?

@FrayedBear punch me and kiss a facist; you really think so ???? Well i suppose at least you are displaying your predjudices for all to see ?

@SimonCyrene It is according to a friend of mine a Zen Buddhist philosophy to reverse the expected to result in change in the unchangeable. He recently practiced it after having been set up, falsely accused, lied about, proven to be innocent and subjected to discrimination for being a male of superior ability than those shafting him. They realised that they had dug themselves an untenable hole and would not be able to work in it on a daily basis with him around. After his compensation had been agreed to and he had been terminated he returned and left at reception bunches of flowers for the perpetrators. Within two days they were offering him consutancy work.

@FrayedBear hardly relevant ( other than the 'untenable hole' ?).
