Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When my first ex-missus did ANY cooking it was necessary to have the following; 2 Antacid tablets, a warning phone call to the Fire Department, an ambulance on stand-by, 2 ready to use fire extinguishers and a VERY strong stomach.
She once ATTEMPTED to make a casserole of beef and vegetables, the dog wouldn't even touch it and when put in the garbage bin the flies left the area post-haste.

I love this one.
As for the praying kid, he oughta know that followers of Jesus cannot be harmed by poison and that includes bad food. Apparently people were always trying to poison early Christians. IDK?

@Allamanda The book of Mark says it won't work. Jesus protects them from snakes and deadly poison. I still believe that praying over your food in a world without refrigeration was more about hoping you would not be poisoned from eating it and it would be "used for the nourishment of your body." WTH else would food be used for? Modern believers just do not get it.
