@Spectator That is absolutely correct - and I've updated my comment to reflect - that I was entirely incorrect - this site doesn't delete your content if you leave. (And apparently safeguards from you doing so).

@RavenCT An admin could (willingly or inadvertently) delete as much as hasn't been backed-up by various means (cloud/RAID/ransomware/etc.).

@Leontion You can "Hide" you post from view - that probably is more effective than removal - it removes them from further comment. But please do approach administration - I absolutely don't know everything there is to know.

@TheMiddleWay If, as has been 'reported' here by Allamanda, he was deleting his content, I think removal would almost certainly be triggered (databases all have trigger features) automatically.

I guess it may not have been permanent, but perhaps the last straw?

I agree bingst - I do wish there were an explanation when someone who is generally courteous gets suspended or removed from the site. It makes the rest of us wonder for a long time.
Particularly about what warrants such actions.

You probably think they kicked him out because he was smarter than everyone else and that is the sites' "new direction."
