Oh, shit a brick will it NEVER end?
Just informed by 'Genius George,' the Evangelidiot, that he has made an appointment with a local Lawyer firm to take out a Law Suit against "The Forces of Evil and Satan (his words btw) who set upon him yesterday and are trying to Persecute and deny him of Personal and Religious Rights in the relation to his building his Steam-powered Generator."
Best of luck to him IF he is hoping that Sky Daddy and Jeebus Chrust will be witnesses and give evidence on his behalf in this 'endeveavour,' LOL.
I hope he holds his breath waiting for them to turn up at Court.

Well Evangelidiot DID go to the most expensive Law Firm in town yesterday according to what he informed over the dividing fence about 10 minutes ago.
It seems that the first appointment/ consultation was free BUT after about 15 or so minutes and reading the documents, the Lawyer requested that he make a further appointment for about 2 hours later since the Lawyer wanted to discuss the case with his partner/s.
2 hours later, Evangelidiot attends the appointment, gets told that they will take his case BUT this appointment WILL cost him $350.00 and further court action/s ARE going to cost him a further $350.00 for EVERY future consultation PLUS a MINIMUM of approx. $1,000 per appearance in court by the representing Lawyer, $1,100 for EVERY Interview with and Summons of EVERY witness, etc, etc.
And that was WITHOUT including Court Costs, etc, etc.
Evangelidiot then went to ask me IF I'd stand both as a Character Witness for him AND as witness to the events leading up this Court Case.
Putting on my very best 'Sergeant Schultz' impression and a 'sad' (LOL) face I could only reply with " Sorry but I know NOTHING of what you say happened except that I DID try to tell you that your plan to build a Steam-Powered Generator was both dangerous, futile, ill-advised and utterly ridiculous at best."
He then informed, as IF I really needed to know, that his 'Mummy" has refused to fund his court case saying, " You've got yourself into this, YOU get yourself out of it."
I did note, by a quick glance, that he IS proceeding to 'pack up' all the bits and pieces for his 'Generator system' in to his trailer presumably to remove them from his property and either take them to the local Rubbish Tip or the Recyclers.
If that is what he intends to do, then won't that mean that he has 'disposed' anything supporting his law suit as well?

Phewww it's going to cost him🤐

@TimeOutForMe And, imo, it will serve him right.

This is an excellent candidate for a diagnosis of schizophrenia.

Nope, according to his mother ( who keeps ringing me and asking for me to watch over him) his main 'problem' is his usage of illegal substances ( narcotics, etc) from his teenage years onwards, inability to accept that his father died an unrepentant Atheist, as is the rest of the family btw, was 'rent-boy' for years while living on the streets, fighting against Homosexual/ Bi-sexual urges, see women as nothing more than 'chattels,' is arrogant, self-important to the extreme, can't be reasoned with, etc, etc, among other things as well.

I'm assuming that evil and Satan are the local zoning commission? I actually feel sorry for your local government and you of course. 😉

I hope this sort of madness just keeps encouraging people to distance themselves from it.

We ALL try our darnedest to steer well clear of him but as the old Aussie saying goes, "You get rid of ONE annoying pest and a dozen more come to its funeral," so it goes with him, the last owners of the house had a very annoying habit of 'farming' off their A.D.D.H.D. son to families in the neighbourhood rather than seeking medical or otherwise help with him.
They pulled up stakes and took their child with them, we had peace, beautiful peace and quiet until Evangelidiot came along.

He needs to be making an appointment with a mental health professional..... 😉 😉

Now please don't wish that on any poor unsuspecting mental health professional.

" meritless" just like drump's post-electin lawsuits! I hope your neighbor is rich, he is a cash cow for some lawyer!

1

Early in the "Age of Steam" there were serious explosions of stationary and locomotive steam plants. The profession of "Engineering" was born, with academic degrees and licensing. Steam plants are nothing to screw around with. Your neighbor is an asshole and a dangerous man.

So, how does he intend to serve notice of his suit to these forces of evil and Satan?

He could serve notice in person. The top of mount Etna might be a good way into Satan's lair.

Well, as far as I can tell, he returned home around 300pm this afternoon, can't really miss his arrivals or departs due to the rattling of vehicle and the noisy exhaust, in a bit of a mood, judging by the tone of voice he was using while talking to someone on his Mobile phone.
Warm weather here btw, so I have my windows open to let a breeze flow through when I'm not using the Evaporative Air Cooler.
I did overhear his begging his 'Mummy", yes he is 53 in just over a month and still calls her Mummy, for some extra money this month besides the 2 Grand she pays monthly to stay away from her and the rest of family.
So, atm, I'm guessing he, more than likely, went to the most expensive Law Firm in town and if so, they are well known for charging like wounded Bulls.
But knowing my luck, as bad as it is, I'll probably hear from tomorrow, most likely when I sit on the front veranda at about 7.00am or so to enjoy my coffee and the coolness of the morning.

@Triphid - Please keep us informed of this unfolding saga.

The lawyers are smiling 🤣

So he has a religious right to build a steam powered generator?

He has a religious right, a religious left, and a religious wrong. 😉

2

Lmfao. Is his iq 5?

LMAO What?? 5%??? You give him too much credit!!

@SeaRay215ex well he has to be in the positives somewhat because he can breathe lol

3

Maybe he will call you as a witness! That would be entertainment.

1

Perhaps this is a good thing. The more interactions he has with authorities perhaps it will alert them to his instability and get him some help.

His electric generations project sounds dangerous for him and others nearby.

Er, Steam-powered Electric Generator THAT uses Electricity FROM the Grid to heat the water btw. Very economical NOT.

@Triphid he must not be familiar with the laws of thermodynamics.

@Chevre_Sournois IMO, the only 'Laws' he is aware of a the Laws of Sky Daddy and Son....LOL.
