"GOD IS OUR PILOT. HE IS THE #1 PILOT!"
Tarzan's Joe Lara and Wife Gwen Dead in Plane Crash - E! Online

I mean, you just have to love this...
Nothing to love about it.
You don't love when the number of televangelists fleecing people gets reduced by two in a humiliating way that proves the stuff they were preaching was complete bullshit??
When I saw it thought that this was a parody but no it is true. What a lot of rubbish.
I wouldn't have posted about them if it wasn't for the fact that they died in a plane crash.
1). Looks like they could certainly afford to ignore the harsher realities of life and “see” their god in all the nice things they can buy.
2). Does their god really like that “big hair” look? S/he must have loved the ‘80s.
Or maybe that's the reason he crashed the plane as was suggested below.
God is as rotten a pilot as it is a property manager for planet earth and a total Slum Landlord. Anyway, invisible men can't fly planes or feed you...But suckers can. If God was your pilot, you just crashed and burned. So my thinking is, it must have done it on purpose. Maybe it hated your haircut? I know this comment is petty and mean, but these people are disgusting living off old ladies pensions and taking advantage of sheep.
I'm with you all the way. I hope they all die in plane crashes.
I had never heard of her, but she disturbs me. That hair, the skinny body... church leader...
Does her corpse-ness make it better?
Yuk, pass the sick bucket.
Did you miss the second part?
@JeffMurray Watched the last part. They sure must have annoyed their pilot.
It seems that once you have Sky Daddy in the pilot seat your worries are over, NOT.
Well, I guess we can be thankful that the Gwen& Joe Godster Show won't be coming out with new episode in the future, UNLESS there are camera crews in Heaven with Sky Daddy that is.....LOL.
If God is your pilot then you're flying blind. Why are religious people like this so weird?
They're not weird anymore...
I have zero idea who these people are, and I don't care.
Google her. You might fnd this amusing if not down right funny in a dark way.
They were seemingly ultra-rich televangelists who claimed god was their pilot... then they all died in a plane crash. If you don't love that, I think I misjudged how similar we are.
Religious nuts, but Joe was a one time Tarzan in the movies, then later turned to country music. Exactly how long they were both on the religion train I am not sure?
Guessing they're not going to play Jesus Take the Wheel at the service
It would be worth the cost of a plane ticket and an extra loud boom box to play it outside of the church though!
I sure wouldn't.
Just when you think you’ve heard and seen it all……..
