Am I the only atheist that doesn’t smoke pot?
I also don't smoke pot. I used to, but after some time I realized all it did was make me lazy and hungry. I've decided that I enjoy being sober more than being on drugs, especially during sex.
It wouldn't be worth the potential arrest record and loss of my job for me. I'll just have a glass of red
My whole family does, but not me. Good 30+ years now. Maybe in the future.
I haven't smoked pot yet. If they ever legalize it though, I might try it to see if it helps my chronic pain.
I used to, but haven't for decades, but if there was an effort to legalize it here, I'd support it.
I don't smoke anything. I'm researching the literature on specific strains of cannabis in edible form for medical treatment of chronic pain but haven't begin using. I'm not a prohibitionist in principle, however I don't find myself having much in common with people who are conspicuous consumers. My theory is that because I really enjoy the disciplined study and practice of thinking as well as playful thinking, taking something that alters that is uncommon for me. In the past I have engaged in deliberate experiments with LSD 25 and a few other compounds and won't say in the future if a sound reason presents itself, further experiments with those same or new substances are out of the question. To date, I haven't personally met anyone who shares my perspective.
Looks like a big no then I don't smoke either.
I haven't for about the last 10 years, I was once a daily toker.
No, you are not. I don't smoke cigarettes either.
No, I don't. Of course, I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes either.
Pot has never worked for me (maybe because I don't believe it will). I do not use it.
I live in Colorado and voted to legalize it, but I don’t use it.
Cool, I would too.
No, you're not. I probably would if I could but it's illegal in my state.
No, I've never done any drugs up until recently when I started to drink alcohol occasionally. Never smoked anything. I have no problem with drugs. The majority of my friends use drugs. Most seem to use them sensibly and a few have had problems. I think we should make all/most drugs legal as it seems to reduce crime etc. dramatically in the countries which have done this.
The drug war is ridiculous yeah. That said, I think drugs are mostly just an empty pleasure for people who know they aren't doing enough to pursue their goals.
I don't either. I don't have a problem with other people doing it, nor do I think any part of the drug war is productive, but I don't break that law myself because I just don't see the attraction of mind-altering substances.
My sentiments exactly.
No, I am sure you are in good company. I used to in the 60's, 70's. Like all things in life... not everything is for everybody. And often enough you outgrew things. Welcome to the Club.... welcome, welcome!
No. I used to smoke weed but I gave it up when I decided to lose some weight. It gives me the munchies and that, of course, is counterproductive to any weight loss plan! ?
Does it bother you when others smoke? I will occasionally after I meet my goals but not on any consistent basis like I used to.
I don't have any vices. I see a lot of young lads (it almost always seems to be males) who developed psychosis as a result of smoking skunk (The GM version of cannabis). I know the arguements in regards to pre-morbidity and self medication but the risks are too high. Although I totally support decriminalisation, I think use should be regulated like alcohol or tobacco.
