Hallo,
No ofcourse your not the only one who doesn't smoke cannabis. Why should you? It doesn't make you wiser or healthier, or whatever. Using drugs mostly starts in the younger ages. It has to do with rebellion, with wanting to be different from others (grown ups), and being social with friends. Mostly cannabis doesn''t make one happy. Being stoned is not always very nice. But sometimes it can create a kind of mystic peace and quietness in the mind, that's all.

No you're not 🙂

You are alone!

At age 21, I quit smoking marijuana when I entered graduate school. I needed clear eyes and a clear mind.

Pot never suited me. Stoned, I felt nervous and insecure, and lost my direction in life.

"Wow, man....look at Kathleen go," stoned friends drawled from the couch. No, thanks.

I believe it’s pervasive in every segment of the population because it should be legal, it’s all about money, it will be legal when and only when the government is profiting off it. You here about people drinking and becoming violent all the time, the only thing in danger after you smoke pot is a box of cookies.

1

Don't think so.

I don't smoke anything any more. I'm done putting stuff in my lungs that doesn't belong there. Pot makes a fine cookie though.

Obviously, you guys didn't celebrate 420 day with us yesterday! ? I smoked before and after my enlightenment about gods. I'm always amused by people stating, "I smoked once and didn't like it" or "it made me paranoid". I don't remember ever feeling paranoid from smoking pot but do feel paranoid about getting caught smoking because it's illegal. Depending on the type of pot dictates the type of reaction. My favorite is the pot that makes you laugh until the tears are running down your cheeks. I don't like the pot that has intense "body rush" the sense of falling or the feeling you get right before fainting. If you have only used pot only a time or two then my guess you haved missed out. The continued mass consumption of the devastating drug alcohol is what shocks me. I don't think pot smokers are more or less atheist. I think atheists are just more open to admit using without embarrassment.

@MarvelAnn Thanks

no, I don't smoke it either.

No...I don't smoke or use any drugs. I don't even drink alcohol. I'm very interested in good health and proper nutrition.

I agree with you, proper nutrition and appropriate physical exercise are means to good health, unless you relate use of multiple herbs and supplements as proper nutrition. Pot is my singular herbal medicine. ? I once was on opiates, muscle relaxers, nerve pills, sleep aids and three blood pressure pills just to endure the pain from my back injury to maintain daily functions. The side effects were horrible. Now, pot, one blood pressure pill, ibuprofen and no horrible side effects.

I don't because I can be randomly drug tested at work at any time. Have a mortgage, need a job. I do own stock in medical marijuana companies.

Remember my time in the military and reason for quiting... and you know what? You are Right and the time will come that you will say.... No, now I can but I don't need it, No! Priorities.

@GipsyOfNewSpain actually, I'm looking forward to when I'm having a migraine come on & I can take a few hits to subdue the crippling pain & nausea & maintain some function as opposed to taking a script that causes me to be unconscious, then once "awake", leaves me a drooling, brain fogged mess, unable to function outside of my house for another 8 to 12 hours...if the headache has cleared. They can last anywhere from a coue of days to 2 to 3 eeeks at varying intensity.
Fortunately, though it has taken years, I have found a lot of my migraine triggers & avoid them like the plague. Not 100% yet but I may only have to deal with a migraine 2 or 3 times a year.

@SallyInStitches I hope the time will come that every time I say... I no longer smoke weed, I won't have to say I don't take any other drugs or any pill labelled by Big Pharma or the corner drug dealer or that I seldom taste alcohol anymore or get vaccinated of any kind or for any purpose. Can I just be Natural? ...as I came to this world 64 levels ago? "Been there, Done that! And no longer needed in my life as it stands at this moment" And I am sorry for your Migraine.

No. Usually I eat it infused.

I don't. It makes me too paranoid.

Can't smoke pot because of drug tests, can't drink because I'd never stop, and can't eat babies because I'm vegan. Can't do any of that Atheist stuff.

@PeppermintDreads Or a scrumptious mid-day BABY BURGER!

No here. Tried it once in college. It made me feel paranoid. Never smoked it again. I don't put others down for doing it. I just don't think the "positives" outweigh the negatives.
