Sin - Putting ice in a single malt whiskey!

Google: (The...) ...Bible supports the idea of original sin, though the phrase "original sin" does not appear in the Bible. The belief in original sin is based on several Bible passages, including Genesis 3, Psalm 51, and Romans 5.
Bible passages supporting original sin:
Genesis 3: The story of Adam and Eve's expulsion from the Garden of Eden
Psalm 51:5: "I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me"
Romans 5:12–21: "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned"

(Origen...) his interpretation of the story of Adam and Eve was largely allegorical, meaning he did not believe in the literal inheritance of sin from Adam as the core concept of original sin does. The Augustinian Theory: Adam's will was the will of the human race, so when he sinned, the race revolted against God.

So, the notion of Original Sin is not universal among Christians. Yet, Christian dogma commonly suggests the Jesus was a human sacrifice (like an animal sacrifice/the Lamb of God) made to atone and propitiate said Original Sin.

By proving humans originated from or among evolving primates, the Original Sin concept and the atonement by Jesus becomes highly dubious. Even if one supposes as Origen did that it was all allegorical, the reality of evolution degrades all notions of sin, just as applying the idea of sin to other animals is problematic.

The original sin is a sin against humanity.

The concept of sin is used to manipulate and control people. How can a child be born with sin just because some humans who lived thousands of years ago supposedly sinned?
