Monday 4/16/18 Last week was not a good week. I have a relative in town and I have eaten out every night for 5 days straight! I have pretty much ate what I wanted and as a result I have went fro 280 to 285! I have to get back on track!

Hi! New to the group and back on my program. I lost about 60 lbs in 2016, then gained back about 1/2 in 2017. Time to take it the rest of the way. My doctor told me look at the positive- I'm still less than I was when I started! I'm at 240 right now....

4/2/18 Monday I have been at a stunt and unable to lose anymore weight and stuck at 280lbs. I did make up my mind to get focused again. I decreased my calorie intake and currently weigh in at 277lbs. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum.
