4/2/18 Monday I have been at a stunt and unable to lose anymore weight and stuck at 280lbs. I did make up my mind to get focused again. I decreased my calorie intake and currently weigh in at 277lbs. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum.

I weighed about an hour ago, and I've lost another 10 lbs (4.5kg). I will plateau at some weight, but I can keep my current diet forever because I'm not getting hungry.
