My increased activity seems to be making me hungrier than usual. My food intake has increased about 500 calories as my exercise has gone from low to more than 30 minutes most days.

21 Jul 2019 My celebration is over, actually has been over for a few days. Today I am semi-fasting, having eaten less than 400 calories today (it's 4pm) and intend to not eat again until tomorrow morning...hopefully.
