Actually it's something to want, a desire to achieve with patience. You know what to look for. With practice in being that person someone will see you for who you are. It takes being a true, honest gentleman, always, for others to see that in you and want to talk with you. It won't happen the first time but with each exposure that they see you will open the possibilities. Nothing is easy and impatience is where many make their mistakes. Only time will tell because they have walls and barriers up too.
