Night time is still the hardest I should be used to it by now cuz it's going to be six years this August but I'm not I honestly hate waking up alone I remember all the nights where I would roll over and just curl up next to Norm cuz I was cold or I had a bad dream He'd put his arm around me and I knew everything was OK Is it even possible to find that again

Yes, night time is the hardest part of the day for me as well. It will be one year next month that I lost my darling Richard. It's been a tough time. I don't know about the possibility of finding the comfort I had with Richard again. At this point I don't even care to try. Sending hugs your way.

My late partner and I had an agreement to keep the mourning period short and then get on with our lives (I was told she would have given me 2 weeks and I was glad). The one time I made her cry (she was dying from a brain tumor that only affected her speech) was when I told her how much I would miss her. Later, I realized that it would have made my death even harder if I knew she would continue mourning long after I went. If you truly love someone you want what's best for them not oneself and this should work both ways. How would he have felt knowing that you would be sad for so long?

Yes I'm sure it is possible. Just get out of the house and meet new people.

I definitely hope that it is. I still miss Lynn after 20 years.

@Huskygirl4ever One day at a time. Also I distracted myself with several disastrous moments stakes.

I think it is possible.

My cats now inhabit my bed....no real substitute I know, but I haven’t found anyone else I’ve wanted to share my bed with. Good luck in finding another man to share your bed, I’m sure there is more than one person whom we are drawn to in our lives, it’s just finding them that’s tricky,

@Huskygirl4ever I know...me too!

I believe it is possible to find it again.

I hope it's possible. Hugs.
