Small red potatoes, roasted with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, a small smattering of cayenne, Himalayan salt. So damn good

"Potatoes" is my safe word ????

As chips.

Cut like steak fries, tossed in a little oil with garlic salt, rosemary, pepper, and oven roasted.

..... with tomatoes??

5small red potatoes in the microwave, rough chop with skins....parsley, pepper, butter, a dab of horseradish/mayo sauce.

Cooked
How depends on what they are served with.
Fresh cut over frozen.

I pop a small yam into the microwave for 3 minutes. Then I dissect it and dice the flesh in the skin before mixing it in with my green salad.

I have always loved sliced new potatoes browned in oil and seasoned salt and served with sour cream, it's the absolute best.

Baked in the coals of a slow fire. Butter. Chives. Maybe a tad of sour cream. Oh...did I mention butter? 🙂

Curly fries or tots bro

Too much. They are underrated for nutrients, but the carbs mean I need to be careful.

Many ways..kinda like Forrest Gump and every style of shrimp. Taters are like that. My father loved them and and our garden was big.

Roasted in duck fat with shallots and fresh thyme. Hit them with kosher salt when done. Best potatoes ever.
