3....Never skied, never been to Niagara Falls. Never been to Grand Canyon.(I wish) ... And you?

Never got a tattoo (unless a temporary rub-on counts).

Never birthed children. I don't have the equipment for that (unless fathering counts as "birthing" ).

Never broke a bone (not my own, anyway).

I get 3 points (or maybe 0, depending on the definition of tattoo, the definition of birthing, and whose bone I broke).

Besides your 3, I'm pretty sure I've never gotten a tattoo, shot a gun or punched someone, though the older I get the harder it is to remember the last one!

I have, however, seen the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, as Mark Twain called it, Waimea Canyon here on Kauai.

Never: birthed children, failed a test (really, I have never failed anything), seen Grand Canyon, been skiing, been divorced.

@Cassiopeia Yes. There are three that I haven't done: tattoo, Niagara Falls, and Failed a Test. But, I've been divorced twice, so I counted that as two.

I might have seen the Grand Canyon but I don't think so. Drinking in Los Vegas may or may not have been involved in seeing or not seeing the G.C. The other 4 I have most certainly not done. The rest yeah a bunch-0-times.
