I have a cabbage question. I'm up to my eyeballs in cabbage and want to make kimchee. Anyone tried it in Mason jars?
For those not familiar with Kimchi....
If you want I can put a request in to my sister, married to a korean
Yes please!
@Corvislover will see what she says
@Corvislover she says yes, but be sure to burp it or it will explode. maangchi.com easy kimchee recipes
You mean for storing. Yes, we have and it does work but it needs to be kept cool and I don't think it will last a long time. If you pickle it, it will last.
Like.. real Korean Kimchee??
just made of cabbage
Yes although I'm not Korean
Maybe member Skotkandsky knows??? I think I spelled the profile name waaay wrong, sorry.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
