I must admit, the term "cheat" in the title, irritates me. I have experienced intercourse with women who were in relationships. I also understand their mental dilemma which is only caused by the concept of being faithful. These moral corsets remind me of the criminalisation of the use of certain drugs.
The stigma prevents a rational approach.
