I mentioned my insecurities about my older “mom body” to someone I cared for, and he said bodies tell our life stories, and the physical effects of motherhood are beautiful. That boosted my confidence enormously.

What is the point? I’m not trying to be a smart ass . Seems like a label may be being applied even with the best of intentions .
