There really are many very wealthy people and foundations set up to do just that. Most larger companies have divisions that are trying to give away large sums of money to "WORTHWHILE" causes. The very real problem is it's very difficult to find honest people to "trust" that money to. The owner called a week or so later and said the house is yours. I gave it to her for her birthday and put a down payment on a couple acres in her name only. There was never going to be a divorce fight about assets. The risk paid off. She was duly impressed enough to stay with me until the day she died.
