I know this is sexist and since I enjoy cooking and have my share of failures - I would re-write this to say: "Well at least I didn't burn the beer!" ...or I meant it to come out that way - Hahaha!

Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler ...fresh from the oven. Still had Rhubarb to pick so I combined with my strawberries and made up a recipe with almond-coconut flour topping on the bottom and top and precooked Strawberry-Rhubarb filling in between - YUM !

Just came in from my Strawberry bed - just might have to make some shortcake tomorrow !!!
