@DenoPenno Trump isn't suppose to be the President today. All indications were that Hillary was going to win if you had listened to media and polls. But he miraculously managed to win the electoral collage, pulling it off at the end of the night, to everyone's unsuspected surprise. So at any given point the rules or party conduct can be changed, as we seen with the DNC, the delegates and collage can determine who wins within a blink of an eye. Why? Because it's all a scam. Why? Because you and I don't matter and don't get a count. Why? Because between the republican party and democratic party enough people are purged from the system to make it easier to take the obvious out of the equation. 2016 was the largest example of how both parties managed to chose their primary candidates against all odds to show every American that the voting system we have is simply one major joke. It now has neon lights all around it that spell out suckers. I don't understand where you're trying to go with the LGBTQ statement. As stated it makes no sense. All I can give you is that the majority tend to vote democrat. Are you attempting to claim they are changing for some reason or leading to making that a point? Sames as with guns. Guns are a party issue, what is it you're attempting to say to me. The only issue with guns is within the democratic party supporters. Those that want guns take away and those that request better background checks. I think its safe to say most republicans support the false narrative of the 2nd amendment and conditioned NRA agenda. I don't put much thought into the talk on what's going towards the predicted future by the media or even my own sources I trust knowing it's all conjecture until the bottom line has a period. Think for yourself using the information provided. Everyone has a projection towards conjecture. It's a lot more interesting when yours comes out being right or close to being right, than having discovered you been duped again by the perception management squad.

@DenoPenno that's where you lose in my opinion. It's the past politics that lead to today's policies. You're unable to recognize the relevance of both parties policies that lead to Trump. That's exactly why you're trapped in the rhetoric of getting rid of Trump rather than getting rid of the policies that created him. While you accuse me of me of losing talking points, you seem to be trapped in the same rhetoric of talking points provided by the other side of the media and establishment. While I instead recognize both sides and view the entire spectrum as a facade. Getting rid of Trump helps to do nothing to change policies that have been working to the benefit of the ruling class moving the country to the right since the Reagan era. If you can't recognize the relevance you're in the rabbit hole. Book are written by people who also have the same agenda as the main stream media. To manage perceptions, control narrative, condition the population. As with news it depends who's books you're reading. Although Jane Mayer may be a good resource, if you refuse to use her knowledge to connect the republican party to the Koch bothers, their past actions, what good does reading her book do for you. @DenoPenno I personally wouldn't vote for a libertarian. Just another tea party under a different name that serves rhetoric lips service on a few issues they know will draw in certain types of voters. My response was geared more towards 3rd parties in general. I look towards the green and socialist equality parties when I vote. Democrats talk of LGBTQ are geared towards understanding that American's have changed towards being more acceptable to their rights to have the same rights within a more diverse society. But it's a facade just as with their talk towards the African American community. If you watched the 2nd video you would find that the Bill Clinton era was nothing of the sort in diversity, but attack. Let's not forget as I have pointed out in the past, the Clinton's not only by legislature brought a great deal of question to their African American relations in the 90's, but also played a role in the crack epidemic of the 80's. As a large amount of cocaine Oliver North was transporting to the US at one time came to Arkansas when he was governor. And as the beginning of this present primary was unfolding, Biden is the old dog of that era and was called out. Just as Hillary was in 2016, and on minimum wage. Who was against $15 an hour before she was for it. You might recall her sudden change of heart in a debate where she let that cat out of the hat from nowhere. Can I get a "lip service". As far as guns, until recently the most call from Americans has been for better background checks. I'm one of them. I own guns and have a CCW for within my state. But there are far way to many people out there with guns who should not be around them. The gun issue in government is being used to divide us though. Not for a means of common sense. And as it's used a amount of false narratives are used over common sense to prevent addressing the issue properly. And those most likely to commit a crime with a gun are those using the false narratives to keep representatives from being able to legislate properly. Falsely using the 2nd amendment, distorting it, for one, falsely claiming left leaning people have committed more mass shootings than their own right leaning supporters. Which is drastically disproved by statistics. Which is why Mary and I went and got our CCWs. I didn't get mine for another false narrative (terrorist) but because of them and the mentally challenged that shouldn't be allowed to own a gun, of any type. Then there's the entire NRA narrative which has changed from their original established founding decades ago. The other war on our representatives that only benefits the gun manufacturers. I say that loosely being I'm certain our representatives probably don't give a rats ass if we kill each other off. It actually benefits them and continues...

That's the problem. Most will go on unresolved. That's why Trump was installed. Republicans have been winning state seats and governorship's nationwide. 2018 had virtually no impact on that. Of somewhere around 240 unfilled judicial seats left open by Obama, McConnell and Trump have been filling them at record pace turning our courts to the far right. The right wing facade of disdain towards Trump has lead to Trump campaigning nationwide for these runs for governor and seats in which most have won. Despite his total betrayal to his supporters most are still behind him. The democrat party and media have been totally silent on the major jump to the right this country has been undergoing the past 3 years. The MSM has drastically failed to inform the population and hold our government responsible in any means of this. This is because people have been duped in the distraction of the MSM of blaming Trump for everything while the whole shit lot of them, state and national, have been turning the country upside down in compliance. I have been attempting for those 3 years to get everyone in this group to understand this and spread this to your families and friends. I'll repeat this again. Trump is a symptom of the problem that started 5 decades ago. He is a test on the population which we have failed. The establishment now knows they can do practically anything they want and we'll go silently into compliance to it. You haven't seen anything yet. Joe Biden is getting away with a much more horrific crime than Trump committed, and supporters in that party are in compliance to it all for, beat Trump at all cost. That's just one example. Who else? I'd almost think Obama was dead.

If we went with Medicare for all right now we could save a little money. Big pharma has their foot in the door on this and spreads rumors that it would cost us 91 to 92 trillion dollars.
William_Mary replies on Oct 27, 2019:
They (big pharma) could be right. Or cost proportionally effective to a degree. My problem with M4A is that they and insurance companies are still relatively involved. There's a number of issues that can come out of actually moving to M4A. There's no guarantee that the government is actually going to be able to reduce cost. The end may, and I'm going with, most likely will, end with pharmaceutical companies raising prices to combat their loses. Same as insurance companies. How did ACA (Obamacare) work out? The first year of that program there was a 20% hike in premiums. A lot of people who needed insurance and the existing conditions stipulation got it. Good for them, I'm actually glad they got something. But it came at a cost to others. Employers across the country dissolved their employee healthcare programs leaving them paying 400% more for their premiums. Employers, as this capital system erodes, use the excuse that they need to downsize to make profits. Which also often leads to attacking employee healthcare. Which is exactly what happened in my case. And right now there are companies that have been falling through the cracks. One of the largest industries, the auto industry, is reporting falling sells. They even have a name for it now. Peak auto, or is it peak cars? Many of my co-workers couldn't afford the insurance, hell I couldn't but needed to, and paid the penalty. So these companies were using us to make up the cost for others to have insurance, some with existing conditions who couldn't get insurance otherwise. Those still on employer programs seen/see their premiums continue to rise to this day to continue paying for such also. Basically what we got from ACA was a shift in people without getting, and people getting either forced to go without or pay substantially more. I call that a manufactured inflation rate that really only benefited the pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Well, for those who didn't see it my way also seen it as god send in which Obama became over glorified within. See, this is where politicians manage to self propel themselves to star status. When the few blissfully revel in their win while others, just like them, are caught under the avalanche, we sell each other out. So Obama benefited also on another bad program while managing to con a vast majority of the country. While I explained this to people on facebook, for the better part of 2 years I was called a liar as I explained my situation. It took the better part of 4 years for people to start getting the word down from those around them to finally understand what ACA actually did. And today we still have some that will glorify this corrupt program as though it was the best deal for the country. A deal that came out completely void of its initial ...

That cavalier domineering approach to bring people together simply creates more strife and is a magnet for useless empty discourse. William_Mary replies on Oct 20, 2019:
One good reason would be that a republican senator, John McCain, was a major player in this also. Another reason would be that both parties are pushing the false narrative to fear Russia as being our enemy and involved in a conspiracy to interfere in our elections. Then there's the relationship of at least 2 or 3 of the top American weapons manufacturing companies that have highly initiated the war in Ukraine, lobbying politicians to sell arms to the government they overthrew worth billions to each of them. Deflection tactic? https://youtu.be/UXA--dj2-CY That's Biden bragging about his extortion in Ukraine to get a prosecutor fired. Like I said in the initial post, or leaning towards. I don't know about illegal, yet, but morally and politically wrong. Compared to Trump's actions, not so much unless it can be proven it's merely a political asset. If you want to go that route though, then you're telling me that a sitting president, the top law official in the country, is by law exempt from being able to request an investigation into wrong doing by the politicians and intelligence agencies around him who he's suppose to be able to rely on to run the country? I'm heavily leaning to what Biden did as being illegal though. If he didn't break any political ethnic rules or our laws though, he dam sure played a role in creating a humanitarian crisis, manufacturing of an unnecessary war by the overthrow of a democratically elected government. Which created a civil war leading to ethnic cleansing, the downing of a jet liner with innocent civilians on it which was falsely blamed on Russia. Raising tensions with another world power unnecessarily, again under false narratives in a number of regards involving Crimea and Eastern Ukraine. The entire Obama administration and European SOS Victoria Nuland's department should be investigated in this travesty of humanitarian and war crimes.

As I have mentioned occasionally, all our representatives have ties to Russian companies and politicians. It's not just a party or Trump issue. Lets not forget when Bill Clinton was president he and Yeltsin worked out a deal, involving funding to Yeltsin's campaign, that Putin was mentioned as a power coming in afterwards and viewed to be easily worked with. Which explains how Hillary would be welcomed into his circle. This is the very reason I hold a great deal of reserve to Russia being scapegoated as the enemy of our country. As I do with China. I strongly believe the deep state role of Russia in Syria was to suppress Assad more than to help. Not only on the war front but to control what information Assad could release about actions that took place as the war on terrorism began. Assad has a ton of dirt on the CIA and black opp sites that were ran there as the Iraq quagmire went on. Have no doubt about it, the deep state is a worldwide collaboration of all the ruling class. You don't move a vast amount of your manufacturing to China to make an enemy out of them! While depleting your job sources and destroying your middle class! In other words. As Dore exposes the conditioning our media uses against us, the establishment has created a catch 22 that can be used from cycle to cycle within the media to divide us as they teeter totter the criminal acts they are involved in. All along while they and the ruling class who own them greatly benefit in the wealth and power that come from it. While the vast majority of the public are caught in this rabbit hole of a delusional reality being forced on them by the MSM they are drawn from the reality of what is actually happening around the world. So when a distraction is needed they simply pull out a version to use as a facade to draw attention. The agenda is to keep us distracted so we never have time to actually seek real facts. And when the few like you and I present them, we are faced with establishment rhetoric because all they know are what MSM condition them to know. Evidence? All one needs to do is relate how each side always ends up with their hands in the pot. Neither being left out without benefiting. This can only = collaboration. As Dore exposes in both Russiagate and Ukrainegate aspects, you'll find this goes back decades from at least the Reagan era. The Warren scene greatly reminded me of Gabbard when the guy asked about the DNC rigged primary at a town hall meeting. The deer in headlights look with awkward smile, tongue tied, then the woman from the DNC coming up to take the mic away. The only thing left to expose for us who are awake is who the fuck is writing the script for these actors in DC. It's all show!

Nonviolent none the less, but a part of their agenda is to push the narrative to be heard which resorts to blocking traffic and other types of public awareness at times. If you participate in such actions your arrest can happen. I went over the program fairly well and it looks like it's pretty well organized for you to pick pieces to avoid such. In telling this story to a family member I was told it was an old story. My reply was it's not that old and it is a great example of how capitalism can be used to benefit many instead of 1%. Capitalism is, after all, an economic system not a political system.
William_Mary replies on Oct 5, 2019:
Capitalism is said to have been created in Europe, mainly the UK, as it had the largest grip on imperialism and world trade about 300 years ago as it transformed from Feudalism into the industrial age. The industrial age was basically creating a sense of understanding and exposure of evidence of inequality to all of societies. The previous systems mixed with growing world trade lead to power structure wars, unrest in societies. This essentially lead to a need to avoid a total collapse in world affairs. I'll again argue this leads back to the power structure from the grips of the City of London where its elite are sheltered from laws they enforce on us who control all world affairs. All matters of market and currency outside of this little power structure inside of a city, London, around the world merely being arms to that centuries old body. Which is a large reason I suspect the founding fathers of the US were merely a roost to a new nation being a good deal of them came from the very secret societies of Europe and conducted themselves with the greatest forms of hypocrisy within the very Constitution they developed. The 2nd amendment we so often misrepresent is a perfect example as to just who they truly believed should be controlling power. Today their intentions of the 2nd amendment are being orchestrated through the militarization of our police to stifle society from rightful protest. Our politicians now banning corporate targeted protest, even now labeling such as terrorist acts, and allowing private security firms to be hired to quell protest like we seen in the pipeline protest. Boycott Israel? While giving rights in with one breath, they take them away in another. Seriously, the hypocrisy is deafening. I often bring up the warnings we get from so many leaders over times towards corporations and the military complex, right out of the gate from Washington himself right through from Obama, Trump even. I must ask, warnings or conditioning? I find it to be rather more towards threatening! Conditioning all the same. Essentially warning that we have these fake rules and protocols for you to abide by. Take no mind to how we conduct ourselves for we are the rulers. We have the power to crush you otherwise. Any economic system can be used to benefit a society, or as a tool to abuse a society. Even socialism has been used to do such. No matter how you see your preferred system it is composed of all of them in a combined measure. It's simply what the ruling class at the moment in time want to call it and how they want to use it. http://www.solfed.org.uk/a-s-history/unit-1-the-origins-of-capitalism

William_Mary replies on Oct 5, 2019:
That is a good question that the article doesn't go into. But if you're going to break it down to semantics like this, we're all losers when it comes to credit. From one credit company to another we are all victims. This is the system we've been forced into and what our ruling class capitalist survive on. I personally fought against this system for many years until I was eventually forced into it. You might remember a time when you could go to any bank and cash your payroll check. Free of charge! Then banks began slowly charging, more, then more, until you then needed to have an account. I ran out of banks to cash my checks without handing over a religious requirement. Anyways, you lead me towards researching for answers. Seems this story is actually from 2015 in which this move became quite problematic for Mr. Dan Price. Although he made this change without adding more fees, he became a victim of backlash in other areas. It's quite a interesting story. My hats off to this guy! Playing this out like they did Iraq? Sanctions for several years killing off as many as possible and weakening citizen support. Only with Iran and Venezuela I don't think it will work. Iran isn't wrapped up in the holy Islam war like the other countries over there and have a decent hold against the types of groups that come with western interference. Much like Iraq did. So it will take another false narrative they believe they can get away with. I don't believe they can push enough ISIS and Al Qaeda into Iran like they did with Syria to break Iran down. Iran will not tolerate that. Lets not forget. Iran was kicking Iraq's ass in their war. It took secret involvement from the UK and US to get Iraq back into that war. And Syria's problem is being to close to Israel. By the time the Russians came in Assad had lost to much. To many fronts to contend on his own. The Venezuelan people know and feel the results of what Chavez did. They want that back! And those that migrated (in the millions) to Venezuela who reaped the rewards of Chavez's era will continue to stay faithful also. That's hard to fight against. With the vast jungle like country sides of Venezuela, you're looking at another Vietnam type of warfare. Leaving you 2 choices. Major losses of life in combat conditions, or nuclear use. Hit and skip in larger cities you might be able to take will lead to years of occupation like Afghanistan.

Exactly! There are some good millionaires out there. Some good companies. Employee minded towards ownership, shares, and profits. A fairly large group of them want to actually pay more in taxes for a better society. These are not the one's Biden speaks of though! He speaks of the 500 companies that shore their base in his state to keep from paying taxes. This is common sense to a sense of equality towards a better society. Within our establishment and our media in which they own, common sense will not be tolerated and rarely heard of to this nature.

As that is often the conjecture of most of society outside that party's support system. So often my intentions are to show reasons that the democrats are just as bad and actually a partner with republicans towards certain agendas. Make no mistake about it with me here, I have the same discontent with both parties, local, state, and nationally. I personally believe the whole party line and other terms of division should be abolished. All they accomplish is a sense of division of the population. But that would promote a sense of peace, people, and planet with everyone on the same game plan. Which would abolish the means of deception used by people for self status towards the benefits of the few, the ruling class. It would also eliminate the need for them to use our media as a perception management tool in which so many believe in their delusional reality they've created. When the enemies they create for us can be exposed as us and they are seen as the real enemies.

She is good, but I have issues with her constant gripe on the US while ignoring her own country's mirrored history of ours and world involvement of empire building. Part of the worlds problem is that most people miss the fact that we are all in the same boat together hurling against the same type of storm. She never mentions her own country's contribution to the suppression of the working class or their native people. What is going on with Julian Assange, sexual assault in religion and politics, politician corruption, suppression and attacks on independent journalism, involvement in misconduct in Afghanistan by their war machine, and more. While she is quite sharp against the US she very rarely mentions any other country, especially hers, in relating them all as a whole societal issue for people in general. This tells me she has an agenda when I can relate most of what she writes to all westernized society governments today. Why does 95 + % of her work all target the US? When I can tie a vast amount of the ruling class war coming from the "City of London" which has been in control for centuries well before our country was even founded. The power structure of this small part within London that is essentially that of the Vatican has as much to do with world empire building as the US could have, yet few mention it on rare occasions and long between mentions. I will argue the structure power goes more like----The City of London-----Israel----then the US. The Brits put the Zionist in power well before we became the global power. We're simply being used for the backlash.

I myself found it disgusting and didn't watch the whole discussion my first time, being I was in the process of advocating for him. I was guilty of the same cognitive dissonance I was accusing Clinton supporters of. So I take it kind of personal when the Sanders issue comes up out of humility. It was quite the humbling moment when I went back and watched the entire discussion, which helps me understand others when I approach in discussion. That is as long as they remain civil and somewhat open minded. I often revisit that as I use it. I do however when I consider where our "founding fathers" came from, status, secret societies a number of them belonged to, the hypocrisies, etc, see a path to today's establishment.

@LetzGetReal right. Carter may have become a victim of the ruling class and persuaded or manipulated towards middle east entanglement, But does he voice that as at times he buddies up with other past presidents on certain affairs? Or publicly when he has the opportunity? He always seems to be enjoying their presence in a sense of little concern to what they after him have progressed into a major world problem today. As one who use to use Carter myself to present a good example, I've learned over the years, especially since 2016 with Sanders betrayal, part of my own problem was not weighing in the slightness of people as such in their speak to their actual actions or lack of. In which the end game to such compliance keeps leading to more of the same and the progression of the ruling class agenda. In other words. I can no more be compliant to Carters actions and also speak out against the democratic party's actions without being a hypocrite. If he chooses to remain silent to the full scale of our problems he in turn is that of Sanders to me, making himself compliant to the agenda of the ruling class elite. Compliance to both manors is futile to addressing the problems.

Unfortunately, Carter was the first to deal with the Afghan Mujahideen. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Cyclone So what we are dealing with today out of that region is in large part due to him, his CIA, and Charlie Wilson's congressional support of this group. Over a power struggle with Russia who was initially only trying to support the recent power structure of a combined communist take over of the Taraki's extremist Khalq faction and the more moderate Parcham. A sort of hell broke loose with Pakistan lobbying for US help in the mid 70s. It's a really long story in which you have to use a series of Wikipedia profiles to put it all together. Basically, what we have ended up with is the same ole never ending story. Suppress Russia and any sense of communism or socialism. I'll give you that Carter was about as good as they come. William_Mary replies on Sep 14, 2019:
@FrayedBear for me it's not about the women. It's about what the movement bought forth. I actually put women above men, and this issue is one of my reasons. I find women for the most sense to be more intelligent and understanding of natural needs and empathy towards man kind. But as with men, some women simply do not do their side of their gender justice when it comes to the norms of societies managed narrative on how to behave or conduct themselves. That's if your "you" was directed at me personally. But in a sense, if not, you're precisely right. Are you getting my point now? It's another divide and conquer strategy against the common public. Where we are now engaged in a sexual warfare to a sense, those who developed it often conduct themselves in a different reality that we are seemingly to beheld to. While they themselves have done little to change the reality to benefit women as a whole with us. This is a part of why I think the whole 2016 election cycle may have been meant to put Trump into power. Could it be that the ruling class wasn't ready to put a woman into the white house yet? I mean, lets be honest, the ruling class and its minions below them have all the power to put women in a higher stature of society if they so chose to allow it. Do they not? Do you really believe all us commoners are what are holding them suppressed in society? But yet when these issues goes public, who gets the biggest target on their backs? The media target us common men, only exposing the upper and ruling class when someone brings to light an issue. Then it's our workplace within corporations who put out notices and hold meetings for education, again putting the target on our backs. It's more likely to have a female file a complaint in our workplace of commoners than in many of the positions and industries above us. The fear range there is drastically more effective towards a career for women than it is for us mere men in the commoners workplace. We're much easier to be belittled and fired for mere flirting type of issues.

@silverotter11 have we talked about conditioning yet? With all due respect, and I have a ton of it for you, this is a large part of the conditioning that keeps 3rd party candidates out of the electoral arena of all aspects. This theory started at the top of the food chain then spread out to all bellow by word of mouth. Some think tank developed it and the MSM poured gas on it to spread it like wild fire. It worked so well, the conditioning, that the MSM doesn't even have to mention it anymore. We do it for them now! All they have to do now is plant a seed like a picture, Jill Stein at a global conference, create a false narrative to the picture, and the voters run rabid with it ignorantly. Condition-narrative-managed perception-success-everything remains the same. Have we talked about Caitlin Johnstone's 1-2 Punch, how democrats work with republicans like a boxers 1-2 punch? No matter who might win in the democratic party will it matter to what Trump has done. He has set the tone for the future and a potential democrat will do very little, if anything, to roll back the damage. Everything making the news right now that Trump has a hand in, in fucking up will shortly there after become silent in the MSM. I give you for example, Obama and his immigration policies. In which he sent more immigrants out of the country than any other president before him. And they were not the criminal types either. I'll also give you his drone and warring record. In which he vastly expanded. While not so much on tax breaks, but there was enough of that also, but over 2 trillion in bailouts in which was done through closed door agreements with representatives we never learned about for a few years later. What we thought was a mere 800 billion turned somehow into over 2 trillion that went over seas to off shore accounts for billionaires. Yea, that kind of makes 800 billion seem like a mere. These were all issues Bush created that voters from the democratic support system were outraged over, yet Obama drastically expanded them within media silence. In which many of those supporters are still ignorant of, or compliant to, and love the guy for. Success-everything remained the same-until someone during that 8 years managed to put the whole picture together and exposed the truth. Independent journalism discovers we're further right-here comes Trump-his supporters were watching for 8 years-now the ignorance ball is in their court. And they took that power of conditioning and moved the country further right. Can I get a cycle from my groupies? I'm going to continue to speak out for 3rd parties to everyone. William_Mary replies on Sep 7, 2019:
@EdEarl well the current direction of that social label would lead us to believe it is used for those who tend to lean further to the left. Somewhere between a bit left of center, somewhere, to being a socialist. So it really depends on just who proclaims to be a progressive. Personally for me it would be a matter of world unification in developing trade and job creation, equally towards given need. Which would cut cost, waste, and pollution in trans-global transportation. Which would also eliminate the need for tribal warring over resources and false narratives towards regime change and power structuring. Then the world could concentrate on real issues of terrorism and illicit drug trafficking rather than having them created falsely for the survival of capitalism and a fake world market system. But then I'm just one of the few socialistic minded people who want free stuff. The term progressive, sadly, is in the process of being distorted by those who set the narrative for labels of society today. Which is why when ask this question, ummm or well, is usually the first sound that comes from between the the lips of that who is asked now. Clinton gave us a good example of this. And Sanders can't even describe what a real democratic socialist is. Because he isn't one. Being he's a war mongering military complex regime change kind of guy. On a side note. I can't speak what the writer in the article means by progressive. As a reader I can only take it as I feel it adding my interpretation to it. Or as the proclaimed candidates interpret it. As with republicans see conservative and the democrats see democracy completely different than I do. Being what they do with these words is nothing to the means I understand the words. I'll throw the term "free market" in there for shits and giggles also.

Well it is a review of the democratic candidates after all. But even yet, right there in part of the lead it states "Unless someone new enters the race or one of the existing candidates is stricken on the road to Damascus, there will be no genuinely progressive foreign policy offered by either of the two major political parties in the 2020 presidential election." so not so much. I think Trumps record pretty much speaks for itself. And if you want to throw in the new challenger of his, he has pretty much the same record.

I personally argue that most social anxieties are due to societies inability to recognize a meaningful unification of purpose for the better of the entire collective. As I have pointed out in the PINNED post here in the group, as a collective, the entire westernized world has been enduring a systematic program of propaganda and engineering. Unfortunately that part of the post went to the bottom which few people make it to being I seem to have ran out of space on when I opened the group. My apologies! I've been meaning to edit that opening post but never seem to find the time to put into it properly. I actually ended up cutting a lot out after I realized I ran out of space on it. Anyways. The video that got lost in that post speaks on how we have been engineered as a society to be expected to manage our lives a certain way. Propaganda & Engineering Consent for Empire with Mark Crispin Miller With thousands of advertisements seen by Americans everyday, and a corporate media that reinforces the needs of Empire, propaganda in the U.S. is more pervasive and effective than ever before. The manipulation of public opinion through suggestion can be traced back to the father of modern propaganda, Edward Bernays, who discovered that preying on the subconscious mind was the best way to sell products people don't need, and wars people don't want. To get a deeper understanding of how propaganda functions in today's society, Abby Martin interviews Dr. Mark Crispin Miller, professor of Media Studies at New York University. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7HmFH-Wo1s=youtu.be While I understand we have a problem with chemical imbalances with some people, medicine can only do so much. Then add the stigma society puts on people, especially people who have no one or to few family to confide in, we confound the issues for them. Our health care system isn't one to actually provide a meaningful resource in many cases to help either. It's not profitable to actually find a group for these people to help in a meaningful manor, it's profitable though to keep them in a cycle of a psychiatrist and medicines. This system of propaganda goes well beyond just politics. If also effects us in many aspects of life. As Miller explains a number of aspects of how propaganda was released on the public, one must also vision what the mentality goes through as we weigh the perception management being thrown at us. He at one point refers to it as shifting the weather. Then he goes into how propaganda means more than what many people see it as. I don't make the claim that we live in a delusional reality that has been created for us without purpose. Most times I'm in a political state of mind when I make the claim here, but I have also occasionally suggested that it goes well ...

I had high hopes for her also. It was hard not to as she was first promoted with the poor girl video they created for her. And it worked very well for her, them. The sheep flocked to her with donations and support. But right out of the gate after her win she made a statement about supporting Clinton that became the first sign of disingenuous. Which sent me on a search at Wikipedia. And sure enough, her history spoke even louder. Now I see a woman being painted as a poor girl bartender from NY who has no money to run a campaign, yet Wikipedia is telling me she served under Ted Kennedy in his office, and spent most of her time in collage in the political field within different aspects. All matters left out of the story by her and main stream media to manage our perception of someone in which they knew of and left out on purpose. This my friend is what you call a domestic manchurian candidate. She already knew the power, and what could come with it. She might have even been financially supported through collage like many people who come here from other countries before they help the US to over thrown them. Venezuela is a prime example of this. I'm not convinced Joe was just let go by the democrats thinking they didn't need to support him. I'm fairly certain his loss was more a reward than a loss. He's now working towards greener pastures at becoming a lobbyist, and AOC was an intended plant all along. It's a win win for the party and the ruling class. Remember my words! These people are thinking years ahead of us! They know very well that reactions will come with their actions, and think tanks for them plan for a counteraction. From Wikipedia ----- During college, she served as an intern in the office of U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy, in his section on foreign affairs and immigration issues.[24] "I was the only Spanish speaker, and as a result, as basically a kid—a 19-, 20-year-old kid—whenever a frantic call would come into the office because someone is looking for their husband because they have been snatched off the street by ICE, I was the one that had to pick up that phone," Ocasio-Cortez said. "I was the one that had to help that person navigate that system."[24] So she knows full well what is going on now on the border and within the country. Now 9 years later as it's at its worse times, she stood down in a fight she knows needs to be voiced to the public but has chosen to say nothing to the experiences she's admitted to in that statement. This while so many children are being effected compared to 9 years ago! It's totally disgusting! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandria_Ocasio-Cortez

As Obama was on his way out with Trump coming in there was an uptick in police brutality. Then there was the Kaepernick thing which seemed to inflame tensions for months. That went on from one football season into the next. It was just barely starting to wind down as the next season began. And of course the media had to revive it. That season (as it went into the next) we seen a glorification of the military on the football field. For several weeks all the coaching staff were made to wear camouflage outfits, jackets, hats, etc, as the league set rules against kneeling during the anthem. I don't think we have a drastic issue with police, quite yet, but is relatively a greater concern in larger metropolitan areas where we have larger congregation of a minority populations. While I'll also suggest some larger economically challenged cities in certain areas tend to have issues. I got into a debate with an old childhood friend of mine back during the 2016 election cycle. I practically lived with his family when I went to grade school. He is now a cop in Kent where we/I lived. It's a smallish college town here in Ohio, I imagine you've heard of it being it made national news in the 70's often over protest against the Vietnam war. 4 dead in Ohio? But as I was advocating for Sanders one of my arguments was the rising violence against LGBTQ, minority people, and advocacy groups and rallies for them. He attempted to down play my concerns. Even after his first attempt as I then posted several articles backing up my claims in which I used just against the LGBTQ population. Which at the time there was a wide agenda against this section of our population going on presently for months. You might remember the restroom debate going on at the time which inflamed a lot of those attacks. Then you had the kneeling issue of above to go with it. My point is, maybe the news just isn't getting to the smaller towns of law enforcement yet, or he was attempting to lighten concerns for those following me. As he made a point to ask me if I remember what he does for a living. The sadist part of this is that his mom is like 3/4 Native American who when you see her it, really shows. And he of the 4 siblings is as dark as his mom. Marie comes in second. So I know for a fact as I went to school with these people he felt the racism that comes with the color. I imagine he dealt with it to some degree in the Navy also. We all know how the military can be. So I have a hard time believing as a cop and being of mixed race he doesn't understand what the reality and nature of the beast is. Or he's been so well conditioned and inseminated into his surrounding society he's blissfully ignorant of it, and or compliant to it.

You're not alone. Right up to and through 2 elections I made excuses for Obama. Then fell for Sanders after thinking he was the dream team for a decade. No more! Look at it this way. A good number of Americans are still living in the illusion under both the republican and democratic parties. As Chris Hedges says, squeaking we must. https://youtu.be/FyR0CSDxjkY

Your last paragraph relates to my theory of the UK possibly still being the head of this state of being. Along with our "founding fathers" transformation to the new world, also came the capitalist system they left behind. As it was then breaking out of a merchant class type of system and transforming towards capitalism. http://www.solfed.org.uk/a-s-history/unit-1-the-origins-of-capitalism (ironically, after centuries of war, Britain finally lost her superpower economic status to a former colony and a close friend – the USA). One would play hard to convince me that, that friendship isn't strongly relative to today with the City of London's power still calling the shots in our own city of London, Wall Street.

William_Mary replies on Jul 28, 2019:
@Cutiebeauty lets just call it water under the bridge. If we get to good wine flowing under the bridge then we have a problem :-) I'm more than happy to work with anyone who needs clarification or is interested in my understanding on post I make as I see the narrative direction. But I can't work with ( This post seems all over the place... Very strange...) Where the hell do I go with that? It can be seen as an insult to someone's time who injects their own side notes, and I don't have a clue whether you're actually confronting the article or my injected side notes of opinion. Or whether you're actually posing a legitimate question. If you want someone's clarification, mine in this example, please provide substance and direction to that which you're referring to. As far as AOC goes, it isn't to hard to look up the vote count. If you're on a phone and it's easier for me, I'll even do it for us. Then if you are to find the article is wrong, confront that so I know I need to reconsider the source before using it in the future. But I've never found this site to purposely mislead with its information. And BTW, this might be a hard fact for you to swallow if you're an AOC supporter, but this is far from the first time she has back legislature that favors Trump's agenda or the establishments agenda. I'm truly sorry she seems to have turned out to be another Sanders like politician, but she started giving those signs right out of the gate as she has time after time supported even those within her own party that are constantly belittling her proclaimed progressive agenda. Right out of the gate she stated she supported Clinton even after all we know about how that election went down. And today still spews the false fear the Russian narrative. You simply can't speak out against the party you're in and a number of its agendas then turn around and support it and those leading the agenda also. Her votes on military spending, support for regime change in Iran and Venezuela, Israel's right to defend itself illegally, flip flop on the budget bill that opened up fake border issues to go through, a corporate leaning green deal that was stolen and heavily diluted from the green party. Which the latter seems to be what all her supporters use as a support system from her, and I will argue she is using quite well as an illusion. I say this as a fair warning from someone that was a stanch Sanders supporter! Who overlooked some of the very same signs in him. Deeply disappointed in Nader and Hedges discussion of how they said he would eventually collapse and betray his followers at the convention, if not before. They called that scene almost to a tee. I spent about every waking moment advocating for him on the weekends and week night of my free time to be totally let ...

@Cutiebeauty don't give yourself such credit. I've been dealing with your type longer than you've been out of diapers. You're to late to being able to get under my skin. You have left yourself open for me to point out your rudeness and quackery a number of times, I've just been to understanding to confront you until now as you attack me. Part of that quackery seems more about the persons ability to relate than it is the information making sense. From you post and comments it seems quite apparent to many people around you tend to be too understanding for you. It's quite sad one who has a tendency to recognize the faults of certain people and their characters, also practices the same without notice.

I'm presently registered as a Green. Which I switched to, to vote in the last mid election cycle of 2018. Over the years I have been non affiliated, which in Ohio I have the right to chose which ever primary party I want to vote in. Before going Green I voted for Sanders in the primary which automatically switch me to a Democrat. Leaving me a choice to go back to non affiliated or Green. Which I did so (Green) once I went in to vote. Voting laws in Ohio are a little easier on voters in that way. Which is why so many problems exists in other states with independents and deadlines to register. I can switch parties as an independent or non affiliated the day I go in to vote. If I so chose to vote for any certain party members in a primary. Which I'm fairly certain at this point it time it will not be for a democrat or a republican any time soon.

@callmedubious offering an opinion is a means to suggest a theory. In which the one it's offered to analyzes it with their own to coordinate a relative relationship towards, or declines it out of rebuttal, often resorting to further discussion either way. Therefore, an opinion can basically be the same thing as a suggestion in some cases. Maybe it's your presentation. You're always seemingly domineering on the boards when I interact with you. I see it towards others also, from you. Plus your lack of proper grammar makes it hard to understand your intent and content. When I have to read such short replies and comments made from you over and over it's quite frankly, insane for me to even attempt to communicate with you. And I personally hate grammar trolls for the most part, knowing mines not perfect, but in your case I see why they can become annoyed.
