I am amazed at how many on this post don't like guac and bananas! As for me I love to eat all things posted thus far except calamari. It's like eating fried spiders for Pete's sake!

Oh, but those spiders are so good with a bit of chili and lime and/or aioli sauce. Maybe you should get therapy. ?

Vegetables. I am a carnivore.

Red onion.

^^^That is so wrong.

@CaroleKay

I'm not against red onion...Im just pro regular onion and shallots..seems to me red onion is riding a wave of popularity..it seems to be in every sandwich or Quiche..or garnishing so many restaurant meals..its just boring and weak tasting to me.

I will eat a little if you like. ?

@Hitchens Hmmm, maybe it\'s just a difference in palates because I think it comes off as spicier than other onions. Lol! Eat a little.

@CaroleKay

Ok..just a little..hmmn..not to bad...still tastes a bit sweeter than regular..but it's ok..we may have slightly different palates..??

Technically not a food, but I cannot stand the taste of alcohol of any kind, except a small selection of liqueurs.

Cilantro, carrots

I don’t like cilantro. Not big on carrots, but did try them cooked with bacon and glazed with maple syrup. They tasted pretty good then.

Chili sauce. I like to taste my food not kill it with chili!

Any of the spreadable "salads": chicken salad, egg salad, etc... I distrust almost anything with a high mayonaise content (numerous possible childhood food poisonings) and abhor the texture of celery (crunch!) hidden within something mushy (surprise!).

I was having a hard time thinking of anything like that, but then remembered... canned cranberry sauce. And don't get me wrong. I love cranberry sauce. I make my own, and here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
Water
Cranberries
Sugar

Instructions:
Add just enough water to cover cranberries in a pot
Add some sugar
Cook it down, stirring occationally

As usual, monthong durian.

Pic is me enjoying some monthong durian on Penang Island, Malaysia. But the durian here in Thailand is even better, LOL!

I love guacamole! I loathe peas and lima beans. I don't like really spicy food, no sriracha sauce for me.

@jc2018 Sriracha was common in Thailand, and when US forces were stationed there and came back to the US they asked for the Military Commissary system to obtain it. And that is how Sriracha got introduced to the US. My ex loved it, he was stationed in Thailand before we met. We always had it at home, so my kids grew up with it around. My middle daughter would make Mac and cheese with Sriracha. Other than that she's an awesome woman. I keep sriracha in my house just for times they are here for dinner.
