Incredible!
A Tibetan monk has been discovered in the mountains of Nepal. He is considered the oldest person in the world at 201 years old.
He is in a state of deep trance or meditation called "takatet".
When he was first discovered in a mountain cave they thought he was a mummy.
However scientists examining what they thought was a mummy discovered that he had vital signs and was alive!
Among his things, they found a piece of paper that said, "Stop believing all the bullshit you read on Facebook"
No, what would be incredible is if he was found on the top of Mt. Hood.
It is a hoax people.
Just for argument's sake let's say that a person can go without air for six minutes, water for 5 days, and food for three weeks. Now I listened to "Radio Lab" yesterday where they said what these numbers actually are. I extended them a little but we are just talking here. So let's say we find this guy who has not moved in a year, he is dead, there is no manner in which his body could go without what it needs for this long. He is a mummy because he is dead.
@dalefvictor Wondering how long you extended these numbers for. I personally have went a very long time without food or water. My grandma is 93 years old. I think she lives on grapes.
@robman Wine is good.
Whoever, removed the monk from his place is at fault for him having showed his age. An old film (1937) Lost Horizons and remade in 1973 showed how people in this part of the world never age. As soon as the leave the border it hits them.
More such BS .... but at least this guy "looks" older .....
