@Lllewis Salmon is yummy. King crab is maybe a once every couple of years pleasure. My daughter was a vegan and spent a summer in Alaska. Was. She also did Ghana and Tanzania. Vegans convert or starve in some places. And as I told her. On your first meal they have probably been planning this meal for days. You eat it as if you haven't seen food in weeks. After a few weeks yu can maybe say that fried intestines aren't your preference.

Haven't made this in ages, but it is wonderful. And yes the pan renderings are essential to the taste paired with roast beef for me. But using just an oil would give you a crispy, yet fluffy and chewy texture.

Agree on the mixes. Lots of stuff in that pre-mix you don't want or need. Flour-Baking Powder-Baking Soda are staples you need. Get the All Purpose Flour - Not Self Rising Cocoa Powder not the sweetened kind for brownies and such. Flour is flour and sugar is sugar do not pay for a brand.

I'd cross that in a heartbeat. It looks similar to one that is in San Diego rather than the one in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
