John McCain is a true American hero even tho he bombed babies from the air. His policies are a different story & I could never endorse him in that regard. As I do not have a political party I would take it as a challenge to say something nice about The Donald. He "....loves the poorly educated". Or so he says. But then we know about his inability to be a man of his word. John Kasich isn't fearful of The Donald. So I suppose one could say he has courage. Senator Cory Gardner supports cannabis decriminalization. That is a good thing since there is little room left in our prisons. Howard Stern ran as a Libertarian candidate for Governor of NY. The only negative thing I can find about him is that he is incendiary.

As a young adult my hormones dictated that I seek out a partner for the horizontal mambo. Now that I have been relieved of that burden I no longer find it a compunction to seek out the companionship of humans. In my previous interactions with the species I found very few who could be trusted. Actually when I rethink what I just typed, there is no one that I can recall who was trustworthy. What is wrong with me that either my standards are to high with in explicable expectations, or I meet only miscreants? Must be a defect in the species that make us unworthy of trust. Especially in governance.

I have no way of confirming this, but I have yet to meet any current members & those that I did know in the past are deceased or no longer involved with them. I am surprised that valium is prescribed,. It is a barbiturate & is physically addictive. For anxiety I am prescribed Xanax. Paroxatine or Paxil works for me but it took a while to find what did work. Cymbalta did not, but now it has been found that anti seizure drugs such as lithium, seraquel, gaba pentine or neurontine have anti depressant qualities. There is a plethora of new break throughs in medication. Seek some alternatives perhaps. I hope you feel better. Also exercise does reset the brain along with time spent in nature & fresh air, sunshine, & tree hugging. Get on that bicycle and ride baby ride. Diet improvement is also an area of concern. Sugar & carbohydrate crashes. Seek vegetables & fruits & nuts avoiding processed food. Give it 6 weeks before you give up & retreat to the couch with covers.

People are staring at you but are deep in thought about what they forgot to get at the grocery store. Withdrawing from society is a common response to depression. Get some animals to inter act with instead of enduring human contact. It is ok to feel what you feel. You do not have to dwell on it. Try & distract yourself with something you enjoy that is positive. I go to museums when the attendance is the lowest. Library. I do enjoy my complete withdrawal from human interaction other than on the net. I am not much of a fan of the species. Major birder here. Cooper's hawk took a mourning dove outside my window last week. Spread its wings out on the ground so as to prevent escape. Lots of redpolls & pin siskins this year. I have 4 acres of oak savannah one of the rarest eco systems. Most have been lost to housing development. Out west I have 35 acres of pinyon pine forest. There I saw my first Townsend's solitaire. The hummingbird migration is spectacular west of ole Miss. & 3 different jays inhabit the area. Mr. & Mrs. Hairy nest here in Wisconsin. I am happy I can provide them with habitat. I have 4 eco systems here. Major birder here. Cooper's hawk took a mourning dove outside my window last week. Spread its wings out on the ground so as to prevent escape. Lots of redpolls & pin siskins this year. I have 4 acres of oak savannah one of the rarest eco systems. Most have been lost to housing development. Out west I have 35 acres of pinyon pine forest. There I saw my first Townsend's solitaire. The hummingbird migration is spectacular west of ole Miss. & 3 different jays inhabit the area. Mr. & Mrs. Hairy nest here in Wisconsin. I am happy I can provide them with habitat. I have 4 eco systems here. Bach wrote for the church & in my opinion is some of the greatest works of music ever created. Friends. Either they were always moving away or my family was. I was always making new ones only to lose them. Consider yourself fortunate that you have these friends in your life. Then as an adult I lost friends because I made connections outside of what was acceptable in the 1960s, '70s, '80s. Black friends, gay friends, Judaic friends, foreign friends, Hispanic friends. To find yourself you may have to cut the umbilical cord. Estranged from my parents for decades because of other issues, the initial break was wrenching. My dad taught me early on that a knuckle sandwich stops any type of physical bullying. Applying it first gives one an advantage. The moment someone touched me in a remotely hostile way, I became a harpy. I don't use this tactic much anymore having evolved & isolated from marauding Visigoths. But it served me well. Now the side long glances from ostracizing females is another can of worms. That can be best addressed by eliminating them from a quest for acceptance.

After 20 years on paroxetine I weaned myself off. On it this year, I had a huge 4 day bout with a deep depression. I figured if I made it thru those 4 days on the stuff, I could do so off of it. Knowing I could go back on, & knowing it is a chemical imbalance, & knowing I would not kill myself I tried it. I figured I'd give my brain a chance to see how I could handle it. So far so good. I am not suggesting anything. Only imparting my experience. Giving my brain a break from chemicals.

I own 35 acres with a view of Mesa Verde that could stop your heart. I use it for off the grid camping. The 4 corners is one of the least populated areas in the lower 48. I like it that way. I am far more afraid of the human element especially the male of the species & the isolation reduces my fear. The rattle snake I saw merely moved into its den upon smelling me. The little lizards no longer run from me. Mosquitos are less due to the arid conditions. Owls fly thru my camp site at night. Cooper's hawk during the day. Fox & turkeys & elk & mule deer.

Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. That should be enough for any one's support.
So one Prime Minister agreed to 98% of what the Palastinian demanded, way back in the '80s, & received rocket launches from Gaza. Israel will lose in the end as the Arabics have multitudes of spawn. The Israeli Arabs I met who vote, practice their religion freely, & are not required to serve in the military as the Judaics are, do not involve themselves in this dilemma. When Jordan, which IS Palestine, occupied Jerusalem, the Judaics were not permitted to worship or access their religious sites. Under Israel all religions are free to worship, except maybe the Scientologists. Do they even worship? Israel is the only government which changes hands peacefully in the area. The rest are monarchs, dictators or corrupt pseudo elected despots. Kings & 58,000 princes don't get my vote. Of course there is no vote for anyone in Saudi. Palestinians born there are not even citizens. They are nationless people. Born in Israel they are citizens with full rights. No Judaics left in Libya where the community lasted thousands of years. Sorry. I support Israel tho most liberals whine about the poor Palestinians who continue to stymie every attempt at peace by launching missiles into Israeli territory. Yes there are still injustices. Humans are unjust. The Sephardics vs the Ashkenazi is a schism within Judaic Israel. I keep a shotgun leaning against the outside of my front door. A door mat that says "GO AWAY". I added the "or else". The gun isn't loaded & there is no trigger mechanism. I take no joy in guns. I would rather use my hands. They are registered. =0}
