Life is too short to get depressed over politics, and not everyone will be able to agree on all issues one hundred percent of the time. Benefits are not being stolen, they are always available for those who pay their way in life, which is appropriate because healthcare is a service in which is not supplied to free of cost, you must pay for it. Since the Obamacare mandate has been eliminated things are gradually improving, it just takes time. That mandate was horrible, forcing everyone to pay for a service they may not have wanted or else face getting fined, that is stealing and un-American. I should not be forced to pay for anything I do not want or to fund others who lack the money. Social Security is a joke, I save on my own, I don't need big brother for that. I'm not crazy about Trump, but I do like most of his policies, and things are gradually improving but it takes time. All the same, I can understand where you are coming from. I for one am not here to stress or depress any, so if things are that bad for you then I will not bother you again with my political views. I host the Conservative Atheists/Conservative Singles/and now the new Pro Second Amendment group, and I could firsthand attest to the dehumanizing tactics you mentioned above, and have had to report a few members to SiteSupport for harassment etc. I'm not thrilled with the idea of having to ban some folks from the groups I host, I wish those with opposing views would just leave said groups alone. The gun debate is a heated issue at times and seemingly more so even than debating conservative vs liberal in general, which is why I started the Pro 2A group so as to divert attention away from the Conservative Atheist group, as most of those in the CA group just want to be left alone. I welcomed some of those with opposing views into my new group so maybe they could get some of the debating fever out of their systems so to speak, and in the process we could maybe even find some common ground.
