Herschel Walker is ridiculously stupid and childish, there was a time, because he is black, he would be considered "three fifths of all other Persons."

"Article one, section two of the Constitution of the United States declared that any person who was not free would be counted as three-fifths of a free individual for the purposes of determining congressional representation. The "Three-Fifths Clause" thus increased the political power of slaveholding states."

"The compromise itself is the phrase. “three fifths of all other Persons,” meaning that every five slaves in a state would count as three free people to determine how many congresspeople a state would be allotted. The Fourteenth Amendment has since superseded the three-fifths compromise."

I really don’t think he’s 3/5 of a person because he’s Black; I think he’s only got 3/5 (being generous)of his brain cells intact.

Of course he is not 3/5 of a person because he is black, he is just so stupid that he can't understand the similarity between his biased comments against trans children and the bias that is consistently used against black people.

Remember he's a card carrying trumper which automatically qualifies him as an idiot. CTE is just the icing on the cake.

1

It is not stupidity. It is CTE from playing contact sports. Impulse control issues. The fact that he is educationally challenged should disqualify him. One might have to pass the citizenship tests that OUR immigrants must take to become citizens. I had to memorize the Preamble in order to graduate from Time Magazine's #1 high school of that year. It was down hill after that, as with education in this country generally.

If CTE produces the same effect or result as stupidity then it doesn’t really matter what we call it, there is no excuse for his stupid comments, and people should confront his stupidity.

No it's not only CTE, if you read about his comments from the 80's you will see that he is someone who denies his own color. He always refused to speak on behalf of the black community. It's low self esteem and denying being a member of a minority group. That does happen. Voting and acting against his own self interest and community in order to be accepted by the majority. Only acknowledging his ethnicity when it soothes him and gives him an advantage. Justice Clarence Thomas is a perfect example if this self hatred and denying his own minority status.

@noworry28 Yes indeed. Uncle Thomas & Walker's character flaws. Hatred of women especially those of African descent. Anita Hill & Mrs' Walkers come to mind.

@Gwendolyn2018 traumatic brain injury has been shown to manifest as religiosity.

I cannot find ANY humor in this.
I live in Georgia, and Warnock is struggling in the polls.
I find that utterly appalling.
Warnock has been doing a great job in the Senate, and doing things that actually help the people of this state, as well as the rest of the country.
Walker is mentally unfit to hold any elected office.
He's a proven liar.
He has spectacular anger issues.
Worst of all, he's a fucking religutard.
All he's got going for him is the stupid fucking people of this state who like him because he played football and 45 endorses him.
Sadly, that may be enough.

@Dyl1983 I'm not "from" here, I live here.
Where I'm from, I wouldn't go back if you paid me.
I've lived in MUCH worse places than here.
Texas springs immediately to mind.

And yet, this imbecile may be elected senator as polls hint.

Incredibly stupid. Jesus may not recognize you. There it is folks. The incredible fear that Jesus may not recognize you. This is worrisome if you are religious.

Nice racist comment. The 14th Amendment apparently wasn't enough for you. And according to the Constitution you're a whole person. I guess the percentage of a person you are doesn't determine whether you can make ridiculously stupid comments. Consider whether you could have made the same complaint/comment without the racism

lerlo Level 8 Oct 1, 2022

Not a racist comment. I'm pointing out that Walker is disparaging trans children, while forgetting, or most likely, not even knowing, that at one time he wouldn't even be considered a whole person. Even today racism affects him, but he takes sides with the racists and bigots.

I also pointed out the Fourteenth Amendment: "The Fourteenth Amendment has since superseded the three-fifths compromise."

You should learn to read.

@nogod4me nice try. All you had to do was say he shouldn't make fun of trans people. But you had to throw in the racism, all on you. If the 14th Amendment changed it then your point is gone again nice try

@lerlo It is interesting that EVERY other commenter understood EXACTLY what I posted. Which reveals your extreme ignorance and judgmental attitude. In your desperate attempt to frame me as a racist you disallow the comparison I was making with Walker's bias and the bias that would have been used against him but he is too stupid to understand. So fuck off!

@nogod4me yeah people who can't justify their actions always resort to name calling and you're talking about idiocy? And who can't read? You think they understood your statement? Look at all the other comments and see if anyone commented on your constitutional statement. Not one

@lerlo No one mentioned racism but you. It actually makes me think that you are racist and are not wanting anyone to mention the atrocities whites committed against slaves. The fact that you cannot understand my post reveals that you are more stupid than Walker. And the fact that you don't understand what "Fuck Off" means confirms you are a blithering idiot.

@nogod4me oh all powerful one you think telling me to fuck off means I'm not allowed to post anymore? I'll be here much longer than you and you'll never get the fucking last word asshole. Again not one person not one person who commented mention the Constitution and you assumed that they understood your post because you called him an idiot and they agree with that. Which is all you needed to do in the first place as I mentioned initially. But no you had to say he should be considered 3/5 of a person

@lerlo You are a liar. I did not "say he should be considered 3/5 of a person," I said, "there was a time, because he is black, he would be considered "three fifths of all other Persons," comparing that fact to his bias and bigoted statements against trans children. His dispargement and bigotry towards trans children reflected the bigotry that black people suffered and still suffer today, yet he is too stupid to understand that fact. Evidently, you are more stupid than Walker because it has been explained to you over and over again and you still can't understand it. I did not call him an idiot, I said he was stupid, I called you an idiot.

@nogod4me the only stupid idiot here is you and I'll continue name calling if that's what you want since you can't defend your position. All you had to do was call him stupid, had nothing to do with this race but you won't admit that cuz you're a racist

@lerlo You have already proven yourself a liar and too stupid and stubborn to admit that you are wrong. And now you are just ranting. It's laughable.

@nogod4me said Mr Ranter. What did I lie about it's your post.

@nogod4me You're wasting your time with this one. I read your post, understood what you said, and considered them good points. Now I'll be attacked in 3...2..1🙂

@ronnie40356 Thanks, I had already gave up on him.

While I find his rhetoric offensive as hell I am reminded that the played football in a league that ignored what someone using their head as a battering ram to get through others might do to a brain. I'm sure if an autopsy is done after his death they would find indication of CTE which would explain the incredibly stupid and out of touch with reality crap that comes from his mouth.

IMO what's really sad is that in all of Alabama the republican party pulls out a guy who is obviously mentally deficient to run for one of the most powerful positions in the country because they know they can control his votes regardless of what comes out of his mouth. He's no worse than Congresswomen Green or Boebert and they don't have the excuse of possible CTE.

Yeah I agree about the CTE, that could possibly be a factor affecting this guy’s cognitive skills.

CTE is becoming a major issue in contact sports generally.

What is sad is that no matter how dumb he may be...PEOPLE VOTE FOR HIM...smfh

Didn't we learn that with Trump? Republicans don't really value intelligence in their candidates; obedience to the call of the dollar is their only criteria.

@redbai which just reinforces tRUMP saying "I love the uneducated"..."uneducated" can mean many things we are learning...I know many "educated" people...but they are BRAINDEAD when it comes to tRUMP and his PATHETIC POSSE...smfh

1

Even now, Christians would say the same thing about him. I'll speculate that he has been badly victimized in the past and that trauma expresses itself in the ugly hatred he's spouting.

3

He gives stupidity a bad name.

4

It's really sad to see a grown man, an idol to some in the community, make such an ass of himself in public. It goes to show that prowess on the football field does not necessarily translate into wisdom in the public square.

Very true……but it creates great entertainment also!!

I’ll admit it’s funny to watch these jerkoffs make themselves look stupid.

3

Yep……Typical Trumpanzee mentality.
