Went a wedding for a friend today. I thought that maybe seeing her happy would help me be happy and forget about my ex. I was so wrong. Just made me wish that she'd been sitting next to me at the wedding and then going home afterwards and planning ours. It been almost a year, but lately I've been dreaming about her more and more.

Events like this are bound to bring up emotions...just remember she wasn't your 'one'. It's been almost a year. Time to start looking for the right one for you. Things will get and feel so much better when you find someone else worthy of your time and love. Never give up finding the right one. Best wishes.

Strewth! When you fall off the horse you get back on and start riding again. You don't stand there looking at it debating it and thinking how good it used to be! Just bloody well ride it and get on with life. Stop being a martyr and beating yourself up.
