The Cleveland Clinic did not do Covid testing on employees prior to vaccination, so they have no way to know who had been infected unless they happened to have had a positive test independent of this study. The Cleveland Clinic also did not routinely test employees, nor would they test employees that had a known exposure unless they exhibited symptoms they deemed severe enough to warrant a test. 3. There are documented cases of previously infected people who were reinfected (or had the disease "reactivated" to use the word the CDC came up with that's a distinction without a difference), so the claim that they didn't see reinfection during a time most sources agreed you'd still have natural immunity proves that conclusion doesn't follow logically from the premises.
