Kubuntu is the distribution, not the desktop environment. KDE is the default, but several others are available to install. I start with Kubuntu and install xfwm4, cinnamon, etc.

At a parent-teacher conference (both parents, 3 teachers) for one 'behavior-problem' 6th grader in my homeroom, the father pumped his right fist into his left palm and said "If my kid gets out-of-line LET HIM HAVE IT ! ". :O Needless to say, I could see why the kid had 'problems'. :P I think that is why some parents send their kids to parochial schools.

I don't watch the award shows. Awards-granted is not a criteria by which I choose to consume movies. Those 'opinions' often sway votes, which can lead to awards, which often leads to (sometimes HUGE) monetary gains for some of the 'entities' associated with the movie. I would say those opinions can make a difference.

For some reason Opera does not have the "click this window to the back" feature (of course it can be minimized). The stock bookmarks functionality lacks a decent way to edit things in/out, but that is remedied with the "V7 Bookmarks" extension.
