I ate 3 oz peanuts today, three jack links turkey sticks, a small bowl of cheddar cheese cubes, plus one can of evaporated milk.

Another miserably hot day, no working outside until evening but at least the overnight forecast is around 70. Until then sticking inside and working on not grabbing an extra snack.
Fasted until 12:15 then had 1/2 c yogurt, fresh pineapple, watermelon-175, chicken salad w/ grapes, walnuts, carrots, bagel crisps - 410, club crackers, turkey wafer meat - 90, misc - 235 Total for day, 910 stopped eating at 7:45, fasting until noon tomorrow.

Want to keep the total for the day under 1100. (edit) Made it with room to spare.

Not fasting today. Goal <1400
1 tbsp peanut butter 100 calories
1 cup strawberries 50 calories
2 cups vegetable lo-mein 400 calories
