Got a hard rain tonight, attention has to be split between internet and sucking water off the basement floor with the shop-vac. The good side, it cooled things off and a nice, cool breeze is blowing now. Sleeping will be good.
Extended my eating window by 45 minutes tonight, mostly because I went outside and got involved in yard work and didn't realize how late it was so had something when I came in at 8:30. Fasting until noon tomorrow.

Days food intake: cantaloupe, 1/2 c trail mix - 200, small salad, 1/2 mango, 5 cherries, 2 slices turkey wafer meat - 350, 1/2 stuffed pepper- beef w/ cauliflower, bell pepper, onion, garlic, ketchup, added ketchup, 2 asparagus spears - 350, 1/2 oz peanuts - 80, day's total - 980.
Well, better go check the basement again. Hope all of you had a "good" day.

vegetable lo-mein 300
potato salad 200
peanut butter 200

and a chunk of cheese 100
That's 1300...need to work on it.
