Count for the day, 1243, short of the allowance. Tomorrow will tighten it down a bit, the munchies have been pushing on me the last couple days. Would have been lower today but a late evening bad decision resulted in a little mindless eating of some dried fruit and nut mix. Told myself I would have only a small handful but it ended up being a couple and not real small. The biggest error was that when I got this mix I did not put it in the single serving containers which I have for exactly this reason. If it is measured out ahead of time, I can get one and don't have a problem with not getting a second one but if it is all in one container, I don't always stop after that one scoop.

Hauled water for the garden today, took a walk, later than planned so it was dark before I got home. Also carrying things to the basement, took several trips then more trips down to set some sticky traps for the crickets who have come into the house and are driving me crazy. Hope to catch some of them, SOON!!

Crickets are annoying, chirp chirp chirp.... I've not bought a lizard, but thought about it several times.

Breakfast:
1 cup strawberries 50

Lunch:
Vegan Subway 500

Dinner:
Brussels sprouts 50
Potatoes and squash 80

Exercise: 400 curls and 100 pushes.
