Totally lost track today. The senior exercise class had their xmas party today, homemade quick breads, cookies, etc. I didn't go crazy but not controlled enough to keep track of everything and find it on the tracker. Biggest problem recently is not cutting off the eating at the 8 hour point. Have been working at getting up earlier and starting the "window" earlier but this means needing to stop eating by 7 PM and I have not been abiding by this limitation. It doesn't help that I have started my traditional bake/make fest of cookies, breads and candies which I put in gift boxes for people. Often do this type of thing in the evening/night and "testing" adds calories. Work in progress, keep trying. 🙂

large portabella mushroom 50
1/4 c sweet potato 50
c Brussels sprouts 50
dark chocolate 100

Exercise:

0 sets of curls & pushes dumbbells
