16 August 2019 - Diet Diary - Kept busy again today, got the new shower head installed and weeded the neighbor's flower beds. However, tomorrow the scales may not be my friend. I oversalted myself today. I have some dill pickle sunflower seeds which I haven't touched for weeks but today I was really in the mood for them. Kept going back for "a few more". End of the day, calorie intake was 1222, higher than many days but still under my "allowance" level.
