If you read the Snopes piece on this, you will find that Hillary filed a brief in which she quoted other people as saying the girl made up the story. From the point of view of the 12 year old, what is the difference between that and Hillary actually telling the judge the girl made up the story? The quote on the bottom half of the meme is questionable, but that does not IMHO justify what Hillary did to the 12 year old.

Gay marriage became legal in many states because of a Supreme Court decision, Obergefell v. Hodges. Inter-racial marriage was illegal in many states until Loving v. Virginia. Abortion was illegal in many states until Roe v. Wade. Schools were segregate by law in many states until Brown v. Board of Education. The Court obviously has much more influence than you realize.

Most of the advances in social issues (integration, women's rights, and gay rights being prime examples) have come through Supreme Court decisions. Kavanaugh has made it clear he would reverse Roe v. Wade. He would probably also do everything in his power to reverse gay rights. The question is, how much power should he have?

@John-Paul, really. Forbes got it wrong, too. Read the Amendment. The VP only becomes Acting President if the 25th is invoked. The Amendment does not provide for the removal of the President. Section 1 covers regular succession. What VF and Forbes are blathering ignorantly about is Section 4. If you don't think I'm correct, please quote the actual part of the Amendment that proves your point.

I can't imagine how hard this will be for her. I stand with her.
