Yes, I have access to sources and information that I am not at liberty to share here. I know that will give you an excuse to completely discredit me. So be it. Just know that there are people who truly care about this country, are in a position to hopefully save it, and are working diligently to do so. In the mean time, if you can come up with a better plan for dealing with this disaster, please share it.

Please read what it actually says: "Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office." If Trump is declared unable to discharge his duties, Pence immediately assumes the powers and duties of the office of President as Acting President. If Trump says he is capable, and Pence and a majority of the principal officers of the executive department disagree, then Congress decides the matter. Show me where in there it says anything about Congress choosing anybody. It just isn't there. This is actually a glaring hole in the 25th Amendment. If there is no Vice President (for instance if Pence were to resign) and the President is declared unable to discharge his duties, there is NO provision as to who would assume the powers and duties of the office of President as Acting President. BTW, don't blame that gaping hole on our forefathers. The Twenty-fifth Amendment was adopted on February 10, 1967.

I would immediately call for federal investigation into the ballot count in Wisconsin. I have reason to believe that it would be relatively easy to prove tampering there. That would be enough to declare fraud and nullify all of Trump's appointments. While waiting for the results of that investigation, I would be on the phone with each of the other leaders of the G7 scheduling a meeting where we could get things back on track. While announcing that meeting, I would also mention that we have no intention of withdrawing from the Paris Climate Accord, and we would be doubling down on our reduction of greenhouse gasses. The above should be doable within the first week.

Central America is inhabited by +/- 50,000.000 people. I hope you have room in your home to house all of them....including the gangs members and all kinds of criminals. If the innocent children were really incarcerated nobody would be saying they have been separated from their parents...who are ...

The ones in the detention centers are claiming asylum. They are NOT breaking the law. They have a right under international law to seek asylum, and under Our law (8 USC 1225) they are here legally while their clam is being heard. The criminals are the ones separating their children with no plan of ever returning them. That is called kidnapping and it is a crime (18 USC 1201). Stop buying into Trump's demagouery and fear mongering. According to CBP (Customs and Border Patrol), of all of the people attempting to cross the border last year only .000189% had any association with MS-13. You are totally terrified by Trump's boogeyman to the point that you are willing to give up any semblance of humanity and decency, meanwhile how many children are being killed every year because we let the reasonable gun control laws put in place with the backing of Ronald Reagan lapse?

I get the impression that Bush Jnr's presidency was more dangerous. It appears he actually believed the crazy stuff. Trump is a non-conformist who plays by his own rules. His relationship with Israel is interesting. Let's see if he gets a big non-existent blessing!

Pence would be far more dangerous. He is a Dominionist (if you don't know what that is, research it). His wet dream is to start Armageddon.
Well I’m now scared for the future.

It's a mess, to be sure. I hear some folks telling me that previously decided laws can't be overturned and others saying it's the Wild West in there, now. I'm just afraid that after they come for the black and brown people they'll come for us next.
mcgeo52 replies on Jun 29, 2018:
This could end up making us wish for the Wild West. Buckle up buttercups.

The Supreme Court rulings that have come down the last few days have been so frustrating to me.
dare2dream comments on Jun 26, 2018:
I've heard of impeachment but never annulment. Is there such a thing in the U.S. constitution?
mcgeo52 replies on Jun 27, 2018:
No, the Constitution does not allow for annulment, per se. However, if there is hard evidence of tampering with the ballot count, the next President can, and should, issue an Executive Order declaring Trump's election a fraud. That would nullify anything Trump and his "administration"have done.

I don't believe the Russians are involved. It's a scapegoat tactic used by the ruling class to distract attention away from the rot that is American democracy. Everyone needs to join a union, protest march and force change. Demand change.

I hope you are prepared to have your beliefs challenged by the facts that will come out over the next few months. Many are already out if you have been paying attention.

Here are lyrics to a song I wrote on the subject: MFG (Mother F***ing God) Geo McCalip © 2013 BMI This song may upset you just a bit But know this as you listen to it While it may not be correct politically, You will find it's based on true theology. This thing called the Holy Trinity Seems more than a little weird to me. Stranger than a duckbill platypus And just as complex as Oedipus. But people say I'm reasonably bright, And I believe that I've got it right. So, though you may not like what I have to say, I'm gonna just let the chips fall where they may. You've got God the Father and the Son And the Holy Spirit, three in one. The Holy Spirit moved on Mary And fathered the child that she carried. Christ was fathered by divinity But he's part of the same Trinity. Of all the world's religions what are the odds? Christianity got the mother f***ing god.

We have had genetically modified plants and animals in our food supply for hundreds of years all hybrid plants and animals are genetically modified by selective breeding now the method has has changed but the end results is the same we have modified the food chain for human beings. I would worry ...
mcgeo52 replies on Jun 26, 2018:
There is a distinct difference between hybrids and GMOs. Hybrids occur naturally, although humans may speed the process with selective breeding. GMOs only occur when genetic material from one species is artificially inserted into the genes of a completely different species. This can even go so far as to insert genetic material from an animal into the genes of a plant, or vice versa. That has not been going on for hundreds of years, much less thousands..
