We do need to maintain some presence in Iraq to prevent Iran from taking over in the vacuum we created when we took out Sadam and also to prevent Isis from making a come back. It’s makes a hell of a lot more sense to invest in railroad transit and mass transit in big cities than to try to make everything run on electricity.
