Is this a four section hotel?
Hello! I am in the process of minimalizing my life and hitting the road for the next year.

I prefer the offseason and if I'm traveling, I want it to be at least a week long, preferably 10 days.
Looking for the title to this Picasso.
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
Try finding collectors in Spain. Send the image to different galleries and museums in Spain that have Picasos. I'm sure someone will recognize it. I searched Picasso ink drawings (images) and didn't see it. I would be willing to bet it's in a private collection. You just have to find out where.
My system is a 2kw wind and 5kw solar, with 8 200ah 12vdc gel battery.
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
Do you make your own wind turbines and PV panels? Where did you get your batteries? I've heard that submarine batteries are exceptionally good.
They may be smelly but they are a great little animal.
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
I remember a time my family went camping at Elkmont (on the way to Cades Cove in the Smoky's). Mom was sitting at the picnic table reading late one evening when she felt something rub up against her like a cat. She, of course, didn't move. She looked down, and ... She's was calm when she told us about it the next day. No lingering smell either!
I'm going to try this later.

Living in the bible belt is especially hard on us.
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
We live in a different world now, for sure. In Chattanooga, where I live we used to joke about the number of bars being about the same as the number of churches. The number of churches has been shrinking! I want to buy one.
I can't wait until tomorrow.
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
You know tomorrow never cums, don’t you?
Just for fun.

While it is not necessarily an atheist bumper sticker, my all-time favorite was simply "CHOICE" - it...
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 10, 2018:
I believe today it would be equated with abortion. Have you seen it as a bumper sticker? I haven't (at least I don't think I have). Love bumper stickers though, especially the cars that have them as body paint.

What is your most memorable fishing trip ever?
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 9, 2018:
My first fishing trip was with my two older brothers. We had poles in hand as we walked down to the local creek. We put worms on our hooks and sat down on a footbridge going over the creek. We sat in the hot sun for what seemed like 3 weeks. After a long time, I caught one. It was a bluegill, at least that's what my brothers told me. My older brother took it off the hook and threw it back into the creek. He said it was too small to keep. I don't like fishing very much.
Spent this morning hiking and playing tour guide in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge :-)

When did you last have sex with a partner? (A 50 and over confidential poll)
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 9, 2018:
I almost voted virgin. I feel like I'm starting over. I have recently read about a 30-day 'test'. If you have a partner (which I don't at the moment) you should have 30 days of sex in a row. I've never tried this, but can see the benefits as well as how difficult it might be. Anyone want to be a test bunny with me?

She's built like a brick outhouse. What's your interpretation?
AstralSmoke comments on Jul 4, 2018:
@btroje, @Sheanutt I grew up with the saying, “she’s built like a brick outhouse”. It always meant she had a sexy body, but it always left a question in my head. After thinking about it (too much) I believe the outhouse represents people. We all go to the toilet. Built or stacked like a brick outhouse just means one’s fit. And after further deliberation in my head (more wasted time) I came to another conclusion, all brought on by a conversation I had with my mom on the way home from her exercise class. As @firecracker commented, outhouses are normally built from wood and not necessarily built well. So a brick outhouse might be well built but it’s just for show. There’s no good reason for it. The first photo is a house just up the street from us. My dad used to call it the outhouse. Perhaps you’ll understand why. The 2nd photo is a new house they’re building about 3 blocks away. Mom said something about it looking like a fancy outhouse. I added the bricks and away we went. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
