@Diogenes from what I have observed about Carson is that most likely he is another narcissist! They ‘do’ only for themselves! That is what I see! It is true we can’t lump all religious people together! The problem I have is knowing that trump has all those fanatical religious people as advisors! Not the kind of people who knows ‘humanity’ and is part of them, but not these people with distorted visions of real people!

@Tomfoolery33 could it be that your depressed state, feels more ‘real’ to you than the calmness that you feel, when you are taking your medication? If you keep trying to get balanced without your medication, then you will surely need to step up your self care! You will need to be on purpose...seriously! One hour of serious exercise ever day. If your hurtful thinking gets ‘ahead’ of you, go for a brisk walk, that will force deeper breathing (more oxygen to the brain). Make sure about your fluid intake (if you get dehydrated that will effect your thinking). And, watch your diet. Then you need to challenge your thought process...are you really the ‘worthless’ man, that your thoughts are telling you that you are? AND, you will need to do this with all your thoughts that are not supporting you. Train yourself to stay in the moment, not wonder back to the past and don’t concern yourself with the future! If you can handle what is taking place at any moment, (taking in all the things that are around you now)...then your future will be in good hands! You can figure out what you need, as you go forward. This is the hard way, but it can be done because I have done it myself! And, today I only take my medication when I find myself in a steady decline for a few days. Then I will take it for about 2-3 weeks. But this is something that I have learned over a long period of time. You can figure out for yourself what works for you. Something being hard is not what breaks us...we break because we let ourselves down by not giving our problem our best concentrated effort!

I have some ‘knowhow,’ but I am 80 (March), and my body knows it! I am a limited force now! But, when I was younger I did take risky stands! 😖
