But, they did not promote hate...however, I do remember that they would refer to ‘those sinners out in the world,’...’separate yourselves from them,’ leave your father and mother and follow Jesus.’ Now, this probably started out...as we must grow up and make our own path in life, but after it was ‘passed down’ a few thousand times, it became leave and separate yourself from parents or any one who does not hold your beliefs! I remember many times when I was part of ‘that life’ asking, ‘why are we not trying to be like Jesus,’ instead of just ‘believing on his name?’ All I got, ‘is that is the only way to heaven’...’your good works want get you to heaven!’ As I write this I feel so angry at all the years that I wasted and was ‘twisted’ by that religion, trying to ‘equal up’...and in my own mind never making it and feeling ‘fake’ in the ‘view’ of these people! I keep up way more than that! To start off, the Republicans starting attacking Clinton for 4 solid years before she ever ran...it was relentless and on purpose! I can’t remember a time in the last 20 yrs that the Democrats have dominanted anybody..,it seem to me they barely could hold their own under constantly being pulled apart by the Republicans, especially the ‘religious right’...and now that they have the upper hand...all the good and humane measures that we did have are now being stamped out! Mass murders are up, most citizens feel the anxiety among other people... people trying to find refuge in this Country are now treated less than we treat animals! It is now common practice to tear complete families apart..,with no shame, ‘cause ‘it’s the law!’ Hate is everywhere! Speak to a Trump. supporter and you will find the hate! The reasons for your sadness could be many things...they could be over opportunities that slipped through your fingers or opportunities that you never recognized, when they were there to begin with...or your depressed state blocked your ability to see, much less able to take advantage of certain things that would have been good for you... that would be things to grieve over. Crying is a part of grieving for our losses! If you can figure out, the losses in your life, that have hurt you...then bring those losses up and face them...you can begin the grieving process, so that you can move forward and not be stuck. But, you must know that sadness hurts. But, I know of no other way for healing to take place, for any of us. I hope this can help in some small way. You can rise above your depression, it may leave marks, but you can still have a life that fits you...I found that to be true with my depression. It is just more work than we ever expected...but, as the saying goes...’life is a journey not a destination.’ Good luck

Any Community that is mainly one specific group...would be referred to as to their ‘kind!’ I can’t see where that...in itself is disrespecting the people who live there? I for one, never lump people together in the same neighborhood! If there is a problem with one or more members, those are the only ones I evaluate...at least until I have more information that many were envolved! I can see where the Jews could be used, to exact anger and frustration...because their name is thrown out of context among the far-right wing, nuts! And trump does nothing to sew seeds of understanding! But, society as a whole is not disrespecting the Jews...as far as I can witness! And, my Jewish friend in Las Cruces has never indicated they have problems there and she would surely tell me! I am confused...we have Mininites here in their own community and that is how they are referred to...the Minninite Community.
