Diet diary... I'm a portion-control dieter...I've found it to difficult and misleading to keep track of calories. I work on avoiding carbs....avoid bread, rice, and potatoes....and try to go to bed hungry. I keep high protein zero fat Greek yogurt ...

This is an interesting list of things to help with weight loss. They won't all fit for everyone but chances are at least some of them will work for everybody.
