I said I live in a small town and WTF if he wants to threaten me with a gun bring my picture and find me. Im not pushing it; I'm not worried. I told him I'll stick to my original statement. Yes, but none can legally be reversed. The state can make changes - if it so chooses. When this first hit the news, mostly about the guy pardoning the brother of a murderer who raised money, I just first blew it off ( murderers have a low recidivism rates), even though that was highly republicans scummy. But raping a kid is too much. That bastard will be free and unwatched and in no lists. Child offenders have one of, if not the worst, high recidivism rates there is. Really pisses me off. I worked with adjudicated kids a while. If caught early, before or near puberty, they CAN "age out" it is called. Adults don't change; they can (little letters) learn to control themselves.
