I am unable to create a new post and include a pic in the initial post. Is anyone else having this problem? After successfully making the new post, I can add a picture AFTERWARDS, but just not include a pic in the initial post.

Unable to upload a video to my profile. This is a small video I created. 2.5 MB in size and mp4 iOS app or Browser is the same results. It simply does not allow the video? Is there a size or format restriction?
