The publication is called "National Lampoon's High School Yearbook Parody" - 1964 .... had me rolling on the floor laughing, long, loud, screechy laughter, I sounded like an obnoxious fishwife. Warning: it is filled with all the stereotypes of that era - racial, gender, gay, immigrants, disabilities, etc.

A guy in my bowling alley would use the payphone by the door to call the desk attendant to announce an urgent phone caller calling for Jack MeHoff spelled it for the entire 36 lane house to hear
