Deep within us is a "need to know" and if we find the vehicle that will give us this need, we go with it. This is much like religion. I also do certain exercises 3 days a week and I used to bodybuild when I was younger. Taking selected vitamins helps and maybe getting out of the house to do things. It doesn't have to be anything special. Just "you time" with others or alone in a chosen area.
